The service was excellent and the room was beyond our expectation with a fabulous view. We were very impressed and will stay there again.

I loved the extra visitors parking, the indoor pool, the spacious units, and just a lovely quiet family friendly place to stay. Only having one key to the apartment, Was difficult when family staying on a different level, and we had to keep meeting on ground.

As above friendly staff, large unit, good facilities, good location. 80'S styling, dirty cups plates etc. Soap left in the shower, pillows and linen very old. Not well cleaned. $5000 make over would be well worth the money as it is a good layout, in a great location.

The staff of The Crest were helpful and welcoming. We got the feeling that they wanted to assist us in making our holiday wonderful - which it was. We over-indulged at all the wonderful restaurants and ice-cream shops on Tedder street!

Good facilities for our kids, close to a patrolled beach, comfortable, super friendly staff and the views from our aprtment were nothing short of amazing! No inhouse restaurant, so it was a bit of a trek for the kids into Surfers to get their junk food supply :)

Location is excellent. Close to Resturants, beach etc Was very dirty; Eating plates etc were chipped; Oven grill was rusty and was covered with alfoil; Oven was not in working condition; When I complained, no action was taken; Apartment had mud all over the carpet area in bedrooms; Foxtel facility was not available and when complained to Reception, no action was taken. ABOVE ALL, VERY POOR FACILITY GIVEN THE MONEY I HAD PAID.

Self contained apartment had everything we required.Location was handy to everything yet was still able to create a feeling of seclusion/isolation from the hustle and bustle. Amenities were good. Gym hours could've been available earlier...other than that there was nothing I didn't like...thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay very much - the apartment was large with a separate bedroom for the kids giving us plenty of room. We would definitely stay again. We loved the location also. We loved everything - no complaints

Location to beach was excellent. pool table was fab. children enjoyed gym and sauna. It was grubby all sinks and drains needed good clean with bleach. beds and pillows were not comfortable.
