There is a complimentary Internet in the room. I payed an average price of AUD 136 for the room.

The WiFi is very slow. It make sense to go on the Internet by wire. Anyhow, you have to renew the complimentary Internet every 30 Minutes. They forgot to clean my room and were not able to service it later on at 6 pm. Then, they promissed to clean the room the next day. However, they forogt again. After I complained to the manager I got a serviced room as well as a letter of apology and some gifts. The windows panes (glazing) are thin. Unfortunately, the street cleaners collect the rubbish around 5 am (incredible noisy!) and people throw empty bottles in that sort of container during 24 hours. I recommend to book a room looking out on the little Bourke Street and as high as possible.

Spacious apartment with balcony. Relatively quite for city. Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Good value with breakfast included. Definitely stay there again.

Good to very good value for money, in a wel placed CBD location in the Government sector. Comfortable, modern an quite spacious.

The hotel is located close to the city centre and walking distance from the shop and restaurants. The hotel was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced with staff that were friendly, polite and courteous.

The location is great, so close to the shopping in the cbd, the Museum, theatres and many other attractions. The free city circle tram is close by. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and the room was a reasonable size. The Hotel had computers that we were able to use for free or free wireless if you bring your own. The staff were helpful and both the check- in and check-out procedure was good (something that can be an issue with some hotels).

I am not sure if the restaurant is part of the Hotel or run independently but the only issue I had with our whole stay was the poor customer service during breakfast. We struck the same waitress on both days and she could learn to smile, great customers politely and not argue with them as to whether breakfast is included or not with their Hotel stay, especially in front of other customers, something we witnessed on both days. If you dine in the evening you experience something very different, pleasant, courteous, wonderful service with a really lovely meal. A shame one staff member can spoil it!
