The location was excellent for our purposes - close to the theatre and China Town and museum. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. Would like the option of decaf coffee and green tea. |

On our first morning the girls on the reception were very helpful giving directions to where the best place to shop for bargins and how to use the trams the high expense of the mini bar. wanting a bottle water was a cost of $4 when down at the 7/11 was $2 |

Very central location for cbd and major public transport routes. Room description on website was accurate but reality was poor. Very basic hotel room for prices - particularly when we were charged as a Deluxe King room. Not given the option of discounted rates for an extended 5-day stay. |
