Rooms were big and comfortable, location was fantastic and made getting around easy, and staff were lovely and always on hand to provide assistance and advice about where to go.

The room servicing was very slow. On both days we stayed, it was disappointing that when we arrived back to the hotel in the late afternoon our room had still not been serviced so therefore only had a partial service.

The Grace Hotel is in an excellent location - it is central to everywhere we wanted to go...Darling Harbour, CBD, The Rocks and Circular Quay....I have stayed here on quite a few different occasions...Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms...staff very pleasant to deal with...Front Restaurant and Bar staff were attentive and the food was very enjoyable... There is nothing to dislike about this hotel!

Room service food was excellent. I love the ambience of The Grace No quiet lounge/place to sit and have a drink at the end of the day. The bar was extremely noisy (as bars are!)

Excellent location, Service and staff and the room is always clean. We are regular customers and usually very happy staying at the Grace. This trip, the shower tap wouldn't fully turn on. I would have liked to turn the room heating up a bit. I don't like the Cafe.

I loved the ambience, service, breakfasts, bed and the size of the room. The curtains not going to the edge of the windows, only cause I need a dark room to sleep in.

Location. Lovely staff let us check in early, worth coming back for on that nicety alone Noise from neighboring rooms Not sure what can be done about that. Aircon is not automatic, ie sensor based. As it was turned off on arrival it was extremely stuffy

I've stayed at Grace Hotel a few years ago prior to the refurbishment. This time I really noticed the change in upgrade to the rooms: clean, comfortable and classy. Would definitely stay there again and have already recommended the hotel to fellow collegues.

the location is great I have been asked to pay a deposit of 200AUd and I gave my credit card, it did not work. I suggested to pay the deposit in USD since I just arrived from the airport and i did have AUD. the reception said that they do not accept USD as a deposit and the solution is to exchange some USD at the reception and pay in AUD. I had no chance then accept the fact but I was shocked when she exchanged 300 USD for just 257 AUD and the market price was almost 1=1. so almost 17% exchange gain. what a good business for them.

Comfy bed, spacious room, lovely staff, let us check in very early so our son could take his nap, awesome shower pressure The aircon didn't work unless the room key was in the slot. With the sun coming in the room got quite warm while we were out. It did cool down quickly though once the air con was back on

We were upgraded complimentary and stayed in one of the new bedrooms which was a pleasant surprise. The Nespresso machine - I'm not sure it was working correctly. Luke warm coffee that didn't taste too good. Quite a few of the wall sockets were not working either. Neither of things bothered us - we had a lovely time at The Grace.
