Good Location Very noisy - our apartment faced the street and the noise from the passing traffic made it impossible to leave the windows and door open for fresh air Carparks were very small Strong cooking smells from the restaurant below us. Gym was not a private gym and the personal trainers' yelling was irritating Our apartment was in need of some modern furnishings and appliances (tv was analogue) There were three appliances on a piggy back connection connected to a double point that was coming away from wall. We were concerned that this was a fire hazard waiting to happen and considered reporting this fault to the appropriate authorities!!! We felt as if we were ignored when there was no feed back to us after we let the receptionist know that we had no phone in the room We felt our room was below standard compared to three others there that were being used by our group. We could not recommend this accommodation.

Close to shops. Pool and spa. It was noisy eg: road trucks/cars, patrons at the pub. In addition, our apartment was next to the entry gate and we where awoken more than once with the closing of the gates. Had trouble finding the remote to the dvd player. It was under the couch along with lollie wrappers. The lint had not been cleaned out of the dryer (over flowing). No spatula for turning eggs. The lounge was uncomfortable (we felt it was passed its use by date).

Place was clean, layout was good. No air-conditioner in bedrooms. It wasn't really an "air- conditioned unit", particularly in January. Carparks were extraordinarily small and park 30 impossible to drive in or out of in a large car. The so-called "large Queen bed" turned out to be neither.

Fairly central, walk to Zoo, and downtown, the Oval and near O'Connell Street.. Air conditioner worked, and having washer and dryer is a bonus. Relatively well stocked kitchen, though bring your own sharp knife, the ones there wouldn't cut custard. Appliances all worked well. Very tired and smelly lounge suite, needs to be thrown out, period... We were booked in a suite looking onto Melbourne street, it was very noisy, impossible to have the sliding door open. The effort was made to have reasonably new carpets in, and other units were being painted whilst we were there, so I hope our unit was one being slated for new furniture. Some pretty strong cooking smells from the bar a couple of doors down.

Central location, Space in apartment, Ability to prepare some meals rather than having to eat out every day, Secure parking On this visit access to the apartment was via the rubbish bins and rear of restaurant, The parking bays are very tight for larger vehicles.

We liked the location and secure parking. The apartments are a bit tired and outdated they need a good overhaul and modern flat screen tvs with austar etc. Will make alot of difference. I think the receptionist mentioned that some of the units were going to be upgraded soon.
