Helpful staff for infomation about surrounding area, nicely planted pool areas, good car hire value. Some rooms were a little dark, had to change to another room, settee and chairs were looking a bit grubby, rooms needed a lick of paint to brighten them up. Felt that staff had not looked at requests made on booking. |

Having plenty of room to accommodate our family, and the variety of pools to swim in. Would have liked to have a DVD player in the room. Also didn't like sitting on the balcony when people were smoking on the balcony below us. |

Everything you needed was close and easily accessible. The bus into town was very convenient The Red spa staff couldn't book 2 people and were not helpful in finding an alternative option. |

we found it to be a very lovely place to stay.Catered very well for families, we liked the "no rowdyness tolerated after 10 pm" rule! |

THe location is great for a quiet break, but the rooms were beautifully done, perfect for our needs. The resturant wasn't big enough to cater for everyone, we couldn't get a table. |

市内からは車で５分位離れていますが、レンタカー利用だったので快適に過ごせました。施設は、メンテナンスが行き届き、静かで心地よいリゾートです。 宿泊棟はすべて３階建てで、エレベーターはありません。２０キロの荷物を３階に上げるのが辛かった以外、不満はありません |

ケアンズ市内より少し離れているが、とてもゆったりとした雰囲気を味わえるため新婚旅行にもよかった。部屋はとても広く、ゆったりできる。プールでのんびりするのもとても気持ちよかった。 |

予約の時に窓からの景観について触れられていなかったので、考えていた感じとは違っていた。日当たり（窓の向き）についても知らせておいて欲しかった。ただし、価格は安くてその点では満足できます。駐車場もカード式で、部屋のすぐ傍に用意されています。フロントは、日本人も居ます。（常時ではないが） 部屋の期間貸し（アパートメント）だとは気がつかなかった。掃除をする道具（クリーナー）等が用意されていて欲しかった。モップは在りましたが、、、 部屋に何らかの匂いが染着いているようで不快でした。 |
