The king size bed is very comfy! We didn't receive the room we'd booked (river view). We were upgraded to an executive room but it was still disappointing that there was no view. They also have very small bathroom facilities. |

Convenience within the city. The dust around and in the vent in the bathroom or room. The service at the wedding in your function room was excellent. One of the females at the front desk was a bit surly. |

Convenience of the location and view from room. The room was musty and dusty. The bathroom was unventilated and the shower was badly set/designed, too small a space and the shower head sprays water all over the bathroom |

Having to wait outside the hotel at night while staff went and had a break, you could not get in the fron door. I have never stayed at a hotel where that has happened before, you can normally get in with a key or somehing! I would never stay here agian or tell anyone else to stay here. Also our room was right by the left it is so noisy its hard to get to sleep. |

I was pleasently surprised by the intimacy of this little motel. I could not fault the cleanliness, service or the attitude of the staff. Whats more it is right in the centre of the city. I will definaltey be back. |

The hotel was in a very good location - it was handy to the mall for shopping / the casino / and only a short walking distance to southbank. Their 24 hour room service was limited .... and we had to pay a $5 tray charge to have room service. |

Handy to cente of city and Southbank. Good nightlife. No offer to take bags up to your room. I had thought the reburshment was unfinished ie the hallway, but I think it was the colour of the paint put me off a little. Liked the pinks in the main area. |

I liked the location of the hotel as it was within walking distance to the venues I needed to attend. The car park entrance/exit was very narrow. |
