The very pleasant and helpful staff. The meals were excellent. The assistance provided in obtaining taxis. Lack of local information in the folder in the room. Would be good to have information on churches & locations, advice on laundry availability, local bus timetable. Fox tel access very limited. Didn't use the space bath as there was no grab rail for we oldies.

It was all good pretty well really. For a place that apparently has been recently renovated you wonder why there is paint coming off the wall , a fine crack across the roof and what looks like an ordinary tiling job in room 19. This is not meant to insult you just being constructive criticism.

Clean, comfortable, friendly environment. The room was set up as per our request to accomodate three mature clients. The staff service that we had for our luncheon meals was very prompt and friendly, the meal was well prepared and presented although the soup was only luke warm and no wedge of lemon for the fish dish. Would certainly stay again. The receptionist was a bit abrupt and not necessarliy helpful to our needs [one member of our party was physically disadvantaged]; it was a case of "check the area out yourself'. We would suggest trolleys be available for luggage to be transported to and from the rooms, to reduce several trips to car park.

location easy to find and central to ur purpose for being there The reason I booked Tanti was as a result of the pictures on internet and the look of the bathroom. I was disappointed given that the bath leaked and the shower was like sitting under an old tap. There were no "luxury bath products" and when we requested extra towel as a result of the water being everywhere they never turned up. The linen or bed covers are substandard and do not feel luxurious and you need to have the heater on to keep warm at night which I was unhappy with. In summary it looks great but the functionality is poor.

The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and well decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Access to our room without having to go through the main entrance was a bonus, as was the parking facility. We enjoyed our stay and would book again when we next visit family. The tiles in the bathroom were slippery when wet, and did not like the soap.
