Clean nice food at the restaurant
Very noisy room, could hear all the fridge motors starting up and shutting down, lots of road noise early in the night did lighten off.
If you like the pokies, and don't want breakfast, this is the place for you. It is run by bar staff around a pokies bar, there was no one to help us in the morning, not even to check out. to be avoided.
food was fabulous, bar with pool tables lovely place with nice atmosphere. Very friendly helpful & hospitable people. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
We were given an upgrade to a spa room!
Big spacious room very clean and modern. Very good value for money
Was not given information about beakfast. Found out after we left that it was located in the top cupboard of our room
Bathroom was nice and spacious, the spa was a good size.
Although the room was large it's configuration was strange. There was a big crack in the ceiling, there was no inhouse phone or room service. for $200 p/n I wouldn't choose to stay there again especially seeing it sits on a major highway.
The bath in the room was divine and the furnishings were fitting for the room.
The standard balcony moom was larger than expected, great location and food in the bistro downstairs was good. I would happily stay here again.
Our room was not serviced on the second night. Staff were hard to contact. More interested in running to hotel.
comfortable room & bed effective heating
Room size was great. Price was reasonable.
Room layout is bit odd. Furniture a little too out of place. No phone in the room. Ensuite too far from bedroom.
We could not get the air conditioner to put out any heat (it was middle of winter). There were two wall lights and two bedside lamps, only one wall light had a globe and no globes in the bedside lamps so had to stumble around in the dark. On attending for breakfast we were told by a cleaner that the chef had not arrived, a female worker then gave the excuse there was an electrical malfunction, therefore no cooked breakfast was available. We had previously stayed at this hotel and found it quite good, however the standard has definitely dropped.
The room wasn't made up when we entered, how ever there was a communication melt down apparently, the staff were very under standing and gave us free drinks and nibbles whilst the room was made up.All good after that.
the comfy couch and bed the beautiful spa . easy acess to the bistro,
the carpark was dark which made it hard to see step
Room was way to hot temp set at 22 degrees ridiculous. Upon checking in took half an hour. General experience not good. Won't be back.
quite, clean, accessible
absence of staff in early morning
Access via smoky, noisy area. Air conditioning a bit hard to work out so room was a bit cool.
I liked the location, how it was close to the Main Street of Mornington. The design of the room was also nice:)
I didn't like the view from the window. The passageways were a little dull, could have had better light.
The room was great! Very large with a great couch and comfy bed. Hotel appeared better than avg for the town which is very suburban.
Staff were not well organised and desk was unattended 95% of the time. They also didn't have our booking on the system despite booking weeks in advance! Luckily they did have vacancies so we got the room we booked.
Large comfy clean rooms, large bathroom with good facilities. Balcony, air con etc quite modern.
Hotel is on a main highway (not made clear in photos on website) above a pub/bistro/gaming area (we still enjoyed our stay, it was just a small surprise when we arrived!)
The room was very spacious and the spa bath and double shower was very enjoyable.
With the room being big it could have benefited from a small table and chairs to sit and eat our complimentary breakfast
Room was a great size and very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Despite location next to major road it was very quiet inside
Drink and food prices downstairs very expensive, in particular the food which was not up to the quality you would expect at that price
Continental breakfast was one small pack of Cornflakes, Two pieces of frozen bread and butter. No condiments. Bistro dose not open for breakfast till 8am. Reception closes early. Strange bathroom.
Secure for staying at especially as a bar and gambling facility down stairs to letting rooms
Water coming through window and only means of being taken care of was towel put on window sill and still there when I left 13 days after rain came in
