Great location, good value for money, friendly staff, secure parking included.

Whilst this was only a minor problem, the room was a bit confined, thus at our future trips we might go for a bigger unit.

Very friendly, welcoming managers go out of their way to help and location brilliant if you want to be in town.

Some Service staff very loud and raucous in corridor early in morning showing little consideration to room occupants.

We had lovely stay at this hotel. Great location - right in the middle of everything! Pleasant room with huge balcony. Free parking and barbeque facilities.

Convenience, central, walking distance to everything you need, comfortable, friendly staff and the price was good too.

Studio accommodation was a bit tight

The room was small but comfortable with basic kitchen items and outside area. Large bathroom and very comfortable bed!

A little noisy at times. No seating area inside the room.

shower over the bath allowed water to run not just into the bath but over the edge of the bath which slowly worked its way around the edge of the bath and onto the floor. Also, the bath tap didn't protrude far enough into the bath to allow me to wash my feet under it.

Pool was very clean and great temperature.

Location, location, location! Right in the heart of Port Douglas with everything from shopping, beach, tours, eateries, all at your fingertips. Pillows and bed were very comfy.

Carting the luggage up the stairs, and I was disappointed that the water in the pool wasn't warmer as was advertised as solar heated but we all felt it very cool. On arrival we didn't feel very welcome by the manager who seemed to be in a hurry and kept stressing that we would be charged extra money if the room had the slightest smell of smoke. However, the lady in reception the next day seemed to be very friendly.

Excellent location, in the middle of Port Douglas (which is a great place!) The apartment was very comfortable, the hotel had a pool and BBQ which were very useful. A great place for the money!

Friendly staff - great location

This place was really great value. The beds were first class and condition of kitchen was excellent. Everything promised was delivered. Having a kitchen, dining table and patio saved us a huge amount of money in expensive Port Douglas eateries.

No complaints at all. There is a flight of stairs to some units which might bother some people but were not an issue for us. A minor complaint was that the sofa wasn't very comfortable.

Location, spacious unit, cool and very clean. Close to shops and beach. Very relaxing location.

Close to main attractions and eating places, and the spa bath with balcony overlooking the pool.

No toaster for early morning cup of tea and toast.

Excellent position on main street. Despite central location very quiet. The nicest place we stayed on our four week tour of Australia.

The hotel was perfectly located as in the centre of town close to shops,restaurant , beach and market. The hotel owner Patrick and manager Jenny were both extremely friendly and helpful.

Very friendly owners who also provide information on tours and assist in booking. The location in Port Douglas is very central, supermarket across the street, almost all restaurants and cafes less than 5 minutes walk away.
