The location and apartments are very good. The manager was not aware of our booking. The room was not made up and took another 2 hours to prepare, it was not ready until after 5pm. The grounds, pool, bbq, gardens are very untidy and lack basic housekeeping, it is obvious the resedent manager is very lazy.
