Stay here the last few times in Broome. Breakfast excellent Pool excellent

Friendly staff and well designed pavilion - friends staying in a guest room which was tired, too small and fronted on the road with little privacy.

Well designed private pavilion but kitchen not stocked sufficiently with basic requirements. Pavilion was clean but windows not clean and there were a lot of windows. No service during a 5 night stay which is too long.

The Rain Shower, Bed, Private Pool, appliances and decor and couches

No daily room cleaning, Not a full range of foxtel channels, No free WiFi

The privacy offered by the villas with individual pools. Beautifully finished facilities. Home away from Home feel.

Rubbish collection was not done prior to our arrival and bins were completely full. When staying for a week or longer it is something that needs to be done. Unfortunate that the cafe does not provide lunches or dinners.

Lovely private villa with own pool, bbq, 3 spacious b/rooms with ensuites, good kitchen and family space, and facilities.

It was quite and relaxing. very clean great prices off season open and roomy villa Will be back later in the year

Loved the location. Our two bedroom apartment with our own private pool was the most amazing sanctuary to come home to after a day out sight seeing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again

The rooms themselves are quite comfortable.

We had a room. these have a connecting door to the pavilions. For part of the stay we had bad neighbours who partied all night and the noise was terrible. They also kept trying the interconnecting door.

The layout was brillinant, luxurious and so well thought out. I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway to Broome.

It is just beautiful and I would highly recommend this place for couples or a group of couples just wanting to relax and unwind, this place is private and romantic and just gorgeous....I adored the private swimming pool! Last yr we stayed there as a part of a group of couples and again it was devine and we did not feel over crowded!

Comfortable and the air cons worked well. Had everything you needed in regards to cooking etc.

It was so very grimy. Eg the bath room floors, ceiling fans had like black dust cultures growing on them, windows and bathroom shower screens were caked on with calcium.

The room we had (13) was lovely, clean and very comfortable. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed ourselves very much, the continental breakfasts were very nice.

Only one negative, parking is a bit sparse for those staying in the guest rooms, it seemed to be parking on a first come first served basis, I prefer my car to be parked where I can see it.

Whats not to like.... we actually live in Broome and was just having a well deserved break from the kids... from the moment we arrived and walked into our villa we felt excited and after 10 minutes we were absolutely relaxed

We have previously stayed at the pearle. We liked it so much we decided to go again. We enjoy that it is only a kilometre to cable beach and that we had our own plunge pool (we choose to pay the extra to have the privacy)

Very disappointed with our stay due to Reception staff quite rude not just once but on check in and on checkout (same staff member) Customer service very poor. Also on check out there was another gentleman behind us whom also made a complaint regarding his villa and the same receptionist was very abrupt to him in front of us (he was very pleasant and well mannered from what we had heard) bbq was not clean, still food left from previous occupants. Our fridge froze all our food in the refrigeration section (even though we had the fridge up to the warmest possible. Sanitary pads were left in wardrobe from previous occupants !!!! Not good One of the air conditioner units made a loud banging noise ( we had to turn if off as it was very irritating during the day and at night kept you awake) you definately require the air conditioner as it is very hot in Broome. To sum it up we were really really disappointed. We would like this passed onto the General Manager of the resort please. Would only recommend if they improved.

Great, spacious, clean room. Great facilities in secluded but convenient location.

Staff were fantastic love the pavilion so glad we were offered the upgrade. We will return loved the Pearle only suggestions with cafe if it was maybe open for lunch and dinner was to hot for us to walk out for dinner which meant we couldn't have to much to drink cause we had to drive. But thank you so much we really enjoyed our honeymoon

The two-bedroom pavilion was very spacious and well furnished and it had its own, private pool which we used a lot. We had a great feeling of being at home away from home. Very relaxing and enjoyable!

This was our second stay at the Pearle and was fabulous again. We were upgraded again which was absolutely wonderful, and the staff were very helpful and lovely. We hired the scooter for a few days, which was so fun, cheap to run, most efficient. On leaving (of which we were sad to leave), we arrived at the airport only to be told of a four hour delay of departure. We quickly rang the reception of the Pearle to see if possible we could get our room back for a few hours and they obliged willingly which was such a blessing, especially in 38 degrees heat. The pool (private pavillion) was heaven and the frangipanis, my favourite flower. Cant wait now to come back.

Felt tropical and staff was very professional

Not much, but the staff were helpful and very sweet. The air conditioning was great, the grounds were good as was the tv coverage. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Close to the town bus but it ended at 6.45pm and therefore a night out required a $30 cab fare. Also the cab called by the resort charged $7 more than another company. The pool was lovely but unfortunately populated by noisy kids

Overpriced, positioned away from everything, no food, no bar. The room was basic and often uncomfortable, no indoor chair or table, having to pay for internet. No opportunities to self cater, no plates, cutlery etc. Australia has a lot to learn from Asia in regard to tourism.

A 5 star resort with 5 star accommodation, well thought through, designed and organised. Worked very well staying there. Felt exclusive with some luxury.

For a 5 star resort with 5 star prices, a few things were not as they should be : - paying extra for wifi on top of 5 star prices is excessive and unjustified - the TV in one bedroom did not work all this should be checked out - shortage of coat hangers, desk could not help, had to go out and buy some for ourselves - the bar bq was very dirty and had to be cleaned by ourselves before use - two cockroaches in the bedroom. One ran across the bed whilst we were in it. Not nice.

The pavilion with private pool was excellent grounds were well cared for and staff were most helpful
