Location - just a ferry ride from the city but far enough away. Nice views of river and Story Bridge. Good food and service at the cafe within the hotel They put us into a class of room below what we'd paid for and we had to move. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. One of the desk staff was good but others could have been more helpful. |

we did not see many other quests and it was so quiet. The beds are exceptional and we had a beautiful river view. I was placed in a smoking room and had to be moved, then the new room's bathroom must have been closed up for quiet a while and smelt like stale sewage but came good after a short airing. Also I ordered room service late in the after of arrival, when finished I phoned room service and advised them it was outside the room, every time we came and went we had to step over it, this did not bother me but what did shock me is when we received more room service in the middle of the night the room attendant actually stepped over the tray in the hallway as he left. |

Friendly helpful staff. Upgraded to 1 bed unit although for one night did not make huge difference. Close to where I need to be for business I had dinner there which was disappointing risotto must have been pre prepared as arrived very quick. Did not intend having breakfast but as no cafe close by had Bacon & eggs. Arrived with no toast.and did not look very appetising. |

The bedding was awesome; the staff were helpful; well appointed, decent size room. Switching the taps between the shower and the bath was not as easy as it could have been; the lack of signage or instructions did not assist. The windows in the room could have perhaps been cleaner. |

Location. We were a same day booking - having booked about 9am and turning up about 3pm. They did not have our booking in the system and we were informed by reception that it was out the back. Breakfast service/food let them down. Perhaps they were short staffed, I only saw one waiter and one cook. They ran out of forks and didn't appear to have time to clear tables. |

The view over the city, the proximity to the city and the fact that the river, boardwalks and cafes were so close. Having to go downstairs in ther morning to get another card when my partner took the one we were given when she went for an early morning walk |

Fairly central to city I hated the bed, very uncomfortable, much too hard. Also I could not vary the airconditioner temperature. It was preset to a cooler temp than I liked. Food was overpriced for the quality. Also I could not receive channel 7 on the TV (missed the televised AFL game), 7 was not an option for some reason. |

Staff are friendly and helpfull. Great location close to the city but far enough away, you can relax without noise but be in the thick of it in the city in a few minutes. Close to the Story Bridge Hotel (a few minutes walk) which has great food and a nice atmosphere. |

The views, the condition of the room. My wife and I only stayed one night. The morning before we checked out I checked my bank balance and noticed a charge on it. Your staff had charged my card before they knew what we had from the mini bar and before check out. When we went to check out, your staff member told me that my card had not been charged as that would mean that they would not be able to balance. |
