每次回去的上坡時都很累

厨房用具非常全面，价位合理，卫生间也比较干净

屋内有股潮味儿，窗户有些锈死很难打开，烤箱估计有段时间没有人收拾了，离市中心（皇后广场）走路需要近二- 十分钟

Good value for money, had own kitchen and washing machine, pool and gym.

Blinds were tatty, a couple of tiles were missing. OK for the price, but don't book if you want something that feels new.

Well close 2 the city.....an had a massage lady down stairs...excellent.....

Wel the pic's lie....the rooms r not like the pic's show......the rooms r old an worn out.....i wont say there again......

The receptionist was one of the best I have encountered.

The Gym equipment needs renewing and fixing and the true measurements of the small pool need to be advertised.

The washing machine/Dryer!! Awesome to catch up laundry in our room!! Well equiped!!

No one available for advice or help!!! Dirty stained carpet.Could'nt locate the gym inspite of looking!!!

Chris, the receptionist was great, very curtious and helpful. He is an assett to the Hotel. The location is good and the price is good. We appreciated the help with the bed set up.

No light block out curtains. Lots of street noise. No natural air, windows don't open. Shower tiles dirty and need replacing. No towel rack in bathroom that worked. Furniture needs updating Fixtures falling off in bathroom and lounge. Room wasn't serviced in 6 days. Needs new ironing board cover. Cushions need replacing.

You could hear every little noise walls were paper thing. Would pay a little bit extra to be more comfortable

The staff were very laid back a d friendly! Late check in wasn't an issue, great place to stay!

The rooms are only cleaned once a week, so if you stay there for only a few days your room is not going to get a makeover. The was also a bizarre sign in the room stating that I had to wash all my dishes and dispose of any rubbish prior to checking out, otherwise I would be charged an extra cleaning fee of $70. I complied with this but it did make me think what makes the people who run the place think that they can get away with this nonsense and I don't think I would stay there again.

The security tag for entering the building was great as a solo female traveller. The layout of the room was really practical. The facilities were all good and the supply of kitchen items was just great for my business trip needs. Being across the road from a 7-11 was very handy and having such good access to public transport was very helpful.

No flyscreens on the windows meant using the airconditioner the whole time rather than being able to open the window without things flying in! The paintwork in the bathroom really needed some work - especially the ceiling above the shower.

I like the quality of customer service of the receptionist. He had local knowledge and could direct me to places that I needed such as a petrol station. He was very friendly and made my stay comfortable.

Although the room had a kitchenette, the cooking and preparation areas were very small. It needed a bench where hot dishes could be placed or food prepared. Also the microwave is placed above the fridge which makes it difficult to reach and dangerous when taking out hot food.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, the comfort, it was a quiet place, prices were reasonnable. Nice trip. My brother and I will have a good souvenir. My family has been coming to The Ridge on Leichhardt for 5 years now we rally like it, Thanks for all. Edouard, camille, njanga family.

The room was spacious with plenty of cooking facilities which enabled us as guests to eat in if required, the use of a swimming pool and barbecue area was also very welcome as we were visiting family and they could also visit us at the hotel, it's location was also very good with the station and bars and restaurants near by.

Really modern room and furniture. Loved the shower and bathroom, was nice and big, and the shower was nice. Nice big fluffy towels were provided too which were a nice change from the standard small towels usually provided by hotels, it was much appreciated. The whole apartment was very spacious and I wish we had stayed there longer so we could have taken advantage of the kitchen and the space. I loved the lighting in the room, was really romantic to have the main lights turned off but the small wall lights and the under-cupboard lights turned on - was just enough light to see everything but still dim enough to be romantic. The whole apartment was really well equipped and fitted out with the new and modern appliances etc. The bed was really comfy too.

The reception was a bit hidden away, and when we first arrived we were a little confused about how to get in, so maybe a more clear sign on the door saying to ring the reception. It was nice having a really big bathroom, and the shower was great, but really would have preferred a door on the shower as water went all over the floor.

Great Views from our window. Frequent free bus to and from city. Excellent help from staff with directions. Three very easy, short walks to city areas. Short hills but not a problem. Few hotels/restaurants serving tasty, delicious meals very close by.

Proximity of business facilities and riverside

The room is very tired. Carpet is ripped up and the bathroom is very old. The room needs a complete refurbishment, and update. It is looking really bad specially when you first get in. Sofa and chairs need replacement.
