Good location and free upgrade to water view room. Car park is inadequate, seems to be less spaces than required and card to access car park works intermittently as explained by the staff then experienced immediately after.

The full kitchen and laundry facilities, close to everything. Modern facilities, nice pool (a lot of hotels in Cairns are very dated from the 1980s tourist boom I think). There was a mix-up when we were checking in and we were quoted a much higher price than we booked, but for a Harbourview room. We ended up getting a Harbour view room anyway but paying a really great price! Loved the view and the location. Also, they provide all eco-products for laundry, dish-washing etc., not just the standard 'will you keep your towels?'. This was a great touch. Rooms were not cleaned very well. Surfaces weren't wiped down with cleaning solution and none was provided in the room. Usually in apartments, if you put the dishwasher on, they'll unpack or vice versa. But not here.

The young man in reception was brilliant, the service he gave, and his friendly nature is to be commended. The view was very nice. The room was very comfortable and spacious. A great location overall. The swipe keys did not respond until after at least 2-3 swipes. Other guests were having the same difficulties also.

Staff was amazing. Especially Cameron (extremely helpful and great attitude). Great location. Nice pool. Rooms were very nice. Room service was great. I wish the gym was a little bit more developed but it was decent.

the hotel was very central to everything. pool was great and the view was spectacular. the best food at Dundee's restaurant. the t bone steak was cooked to perfection. I like my steak blue and not many chefsor cooks know how to cook a blue steak. this chef does. bed too hard,no lounge,no table and chairs.

Great location. Right beside the marina and very close to the city. Lots of choices of nice restaurants just downstairs. Staff are extremely helpful. Helped us with all the bookings of shuttle bus and site visits. The studio hotel apartment was great value of money. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic. Can't wait to come back to Harbour Lights for our next Cairns holiday! Quilt was uncomfortable. And the smell in the apartment wasn't very pleasant.

It is most conveniently situated very close to all city ammnities eg restaurants,boardwalk on the esplanade, shopping , lagoon pool,jetty for green island etc. Casino for those interested, 24 hour reception. Excellent security.

Clean, bright, new, spacious, and full equipment excellent kitchen. Staff was very kind and professional. Special thanks to Katrine. The lagoon pool is just 1 block away and we can rent free pool towl whenever we go lagoon. I recommend this apartment hotel strongly who want kitchen.
