Very poorly serviced hotel

Clean spacious smart modern facilities. Pleased to get separate twin bedroom for booking of one family room for 4. Staff very helpful. Pleasant quiet atmosphere.

Nothing really except slightly circuitous route to back block through adjacent restaurant and across service road past bins. Would request front building for future bookings though perhaps noisier over restaurant at holiday times.

location is great, but only if you are in the main building; we were in the south tower and this location is not that great.

we were at the 5th floor and above our room, on the roof, there is the aircon system, that is quite noisy all night long. That I did not like at all. I mentioned this to the reception and I was offered to change room, but I declined because was our last night and would have been a little troublesome to do ir

Loved the staff. They were very nice and Helpfull.

Being on the bottom floor right next to the door to the pool. Was not ideal, but still grateful for the short notice room.

Great location, right opposite the beach with plenty of local restaurants nearby. Family room was a very good size with a separate twin room attached to a double room/living space - great for a family with 2 children.

The family rooms are in a separate block which involves walking the luggage through the bar area, but friendly staff helped us with this so no big deal.

So close to the beach. You can walk to everything eg transport

I didn't realise that there was a connection between south and north tower until after check out

Very old price does not justify room quality.A lot of money needs to be spent to bring this sebel to up standard.

The Sebel Manly has two houses. As a solo traveller I was given a room in the house that is situated behind the main house. This house overlooks the parking facilities and is not as nice as the main house. Though there was still a room available in the main house they did not give me an upgrade into that room to a fair price. My complaint was treated poorly.

staff friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect.

The location is very good. We were upgraded to a room with living room, kitchen and with washing machine in the bathroom and a balcony.

No one to help with luggage when we arrived. 1.5%surcharge if pay by credit card seems unreasonable for a relatively expensive hotel.

I booked a superior room expecting ocean view as stated on web site. Was VERY VERY disappointed. I feel web site is Extremely misleading. As such will not stay again

Excellent location, spacious rooms and very friendly staff

The cleaner didn't clean thoroughly at all. Towels were not changed despite the sign being displayed, breakfast plates were not removed and floor was not hoovered.

Room was lovely. Great to have balcony. Location was great.

Breakfast. We chose this hotel because breakfast was included: the shoe box was unexpected . We thought we would be sitting at a table and having breakfast or at least be given a room service tray or a voucher for a nearby breakfast place.

The 20 yard walk to Manly beach takes some beating!

Definately would stay in this hotel again.the hotel has great rooms that can accommodate 4/5 people.rooms to the front have spectacular views.staff very helpfull.there are two blocks in this hotel,one expensive one on the beach and one cheaper block overlooking outdoor pool.You pay for what you get

Very expensive and poor amenities and services, especially for the price. No room service, no breakfast included although we supposedly had paid for it and it was included in the price.
