Dining expeirnece in the restaurant deserves 10/10, well done Chef. As always the Sebel is up there!!!

Loved the upgrade to a suite and the wonderful buffet breakfast. Spa,sauna and pool excellent. All the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Design of the whole place was excellent also. Superb location.

We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights at the Sebel Playford a very centrally located hotel in the heart of Adelaide, the room was very comfortable, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, and the restaurants excellent. Good value for money

The staff were fantastic, especially Ricky at the front desk. The accommodation was clean comfortable and central to all attractions.

The bed was most comfortable, staff were quite help full.

Not been given a choice in room, I.E. balcony view etc Room was quite small compared to the Oaks were we stayed for our 2nd night. Surprised there was no parking onsite and that we had to pay for parking. This should be part of a package and not separate. No information in room about Adelaide's attractions. It may have been downstairs however I feel something should be in the room especially for people who have never been to Adelaide like us.

Walls are paper thin (can hear everything in the room next door) Very overpriced - Lobby is amazing but rooms do not measure up Stained and chipped mugs provided lumpy bed

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was also quite nice. Location is convenient also.

The walls must have been quite thin as the party going on next door was completely audible. For the price I wasn't expecting the water at the bedside to be an extra. Similarly parking in their own parking lot was not included in the luxury spa suite, though really it wasn't mentioned specifically as an inclusion so I should chalk that down to experience.

Staff were excellent

Room was not serviced even though sign on door for 4 hours prior to 3pm. Room filled with cigarette smoke from vents throughout the afternoon and the night.

The pool being open 24hrs

It had pleasant ambience and the staff were excellent.

There is no way this is a five star motel. the parking is absurd with vomit and wee all over the steps along with litter. The foyer is ridiculously small and uninviting.

Excellent staff - helpful and friendly. Nice touches such as large bath towels, bath robes etc

The view from our North Tce room was wonerful, the staff were just lovely, the food was outstanding and the room was cleaner than any other hotel I have ever stayed in.

The airconditioning was a little finicky, and lack of air flow, such as a ceiling fan would have been really appreciated.

Great location, fantastic interior, good facilities and staff very courteous and helpful.

Breakfast should be included in the room rate.

excellent facilities, well maintained- we enjoy swimming, spa, etc. Also food and drinks fabulous. Staff very helpful and seemed to look to see how they could be helpful, without even being asked. Very refreshing attitude. We travel extensively (have just returned form 2 months in South America) and service and professinalism top level. Thank you!

Our room wasn't serviced on the friday- we stayed thurs/ friday/ saturday. Gather it was an oversight, staff apologetic when I advised the next day.

The staff and service was exceptional. Very professional staff. A large and well equipped gym. Good pool, spa and sauna.

shower over bath was difficult to get in and out of . Due to my 59 yrs of age.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes. Good parking. A highlight of our journey across New Zealand and Australia. Not a dislike, but hard to spot when driving past. Parasols obscure name and number.

Courteous and helpful staff. Beautiful decor.

The layout of the room and that the light switch to the bathroom was IN the bathroom so as not to affect your partner in the middle of the night and no mirror opposite the bathroom door to reflect light to the bed. Little things.... But important. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive. Very luxurious hotel.

Only one suitcase stand.

Breakfast buffet

Breakfast buffet was too enticing and therefore I ate too much. This can only be the breakfast buffet's fault.

the food and drinks were expensive but fairly standard for this type of hotel.
