Location far from downtown
Procedure for getting my fellow guest and myself out of the elevator was relatively quick and reception staff were calm.
No apology for our ordeal, much less compensation, was offered by reception staff, who seemed indifferent to the fact that we had just spent 40 minutes TRAPPED IN THEIR ELEVATOR!
Everything. One of the best places we have ever stayed in.And, for a family of 8 it is difficult to find somewhere affordable, close to everything but still with luxuries
Everything were fantastic we really enjoyed our stay. very clean and comfortable , excellent view to Sydney CBD.
this hotel doesn't have wifi internet at all. Parking fee was 22$ per night, high price
My request for blankets, not doona was respected. Thank you. i appreciated being able to sleep with the window open for fresh air. Very quiet.
No in house dining facilities. I found excellent eateries locally but would have liked to have known about the lack of dining facilities at the time of booking.
service: They framed I damage their coffee table ask me pay the money, detain my all luggages, don't let me back to my room and even threatens my friend's child at the age of eight Finally without my allow took all of my luggages kick me out of the hotel. Until now they didn't returned my room charge and the deposit.Ont omly their attitude is quite rude, and the customer shouldn't deserve that. This resrespect is I have never meet in my whole life.
View, space , location to shops ,
Checkin - difficult to get a park and a very tight squeeze , the $100 deposit for incidentals , the smell of rotten fish on our floor , no wifi , the double swiping of my credit card which means I was unable to access my money for 5-10 days , no biscuits !! The worst pillow I have ever experienced , trying to find our parking spot - it was listed as staff only but had our room number written on the cement - no wifi , no wifi , no wifi - are you serious ??? This is the 21st century and you are a major hotel chain
Tho pool facilities and spa were excellent. The location is superb for the purpose of our trip.
The building and inside is very tired looking in need of a overhaul/ revamp. The two bedroom apartments are very small. The entry bathroom was not clean and somethings were broken upon arrival.Felt the staff were not that professional ie. dressed casually not in uniform and when asked about a few things were not that interested in answering. Was not impressed that i had paid in full for the accommodation and parking then they still insisted on a credit card payment believe this is so unfair especially when you are strapped for money and there was no restaurant or minibar facitilities. I realise that this seems to be the norm today but feel that it isn't necessary to put that added pressure on you to either come up with the cash or make sure your creditcard is in credit for this added temporary cost.
We enjoyed our stay here. Great views of the city, next door to great shopping & places to eat. The pool was fantastic, the kids did not want to get out esp on there third swim at 9pm. Nicely heated on a cooler than usual night. Will definitely come back again.
Close location to train station, getting to town is at ease. Shopping center is just next door.
The room was lovely and spacious. The location was excellent as it was so close to main shopping centre and public transport and beautiful restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also great to have undercover secure parking. I would highly recommend the Sebel.
There is nothing I can really fault with the accommodation.
Very close to train station Excellent location close to shopping mall and lots of interesting food outlets Large apartment with separated bedrooms and two bathrooms Good kitchen Friendly staff
No wifi at all - not even for money Car parking very tight!
Booked for 4, but sofa bed was not made up for us when we arrived.
Easy to find after a long drive Easy access to shops and restaurants Staff very helpful
The choice for breakfast was limited
no mini bar
Liked the views.
A great location close to shopping and train station. Good size apartment, well appointed.
Supplied tea & coffee but no milk in the fridge.
location is good - close to three shopping centres and mall and station
no Wi-Fi !!
Pillows Filthy stained floor Unstair balcony door didn't lock.
No wifi Overpriced Pool broken A/C heater average Out dated
Excellent location for shopping and transport
No bar, cafe or restaurant in house so had to go out to find meals. Although we had a kitchen, we weren't there long enough to warrant going food shopping so we had no choice but to go out and find our meals.
I was impressed at the size of the suite - very very good value
nothing because of terrible staff
They knew the room has a leaky dishwasher and still have us the room. As a result, we have to wipe the floor every time we use it. Dryer has a botched filter and dust was everywhere after each use. Door to balcony was broken and unlockable. They wanted to charge us 45 extra per night for using sofa bed when we told them we have 5 in the group and we weren't told prior that we will be charged. Carpet is dirty and fridge was not cooling at all. Their staff were incompetent at taking notes when you rang to tell them the issues. For the amount of money spent I expected better.
