That we could have some drinks, play some music and not get in trouble
we booked for 5 guys, 5 separate beds but only got 4 beds, this is there only lay out. Booking should be made aware of this. Also you have to pay for parking I thought parking was included in the price.
The location was great.Close for shopping and short walk to the Botannical gardens.Nice restaurant for breakfast, lovely breakfast buffet.
location, friendly staff, cleanliness
paying for car parking
Great location. Smart and comfortable interior.
We were three in the suite but there were only cups and saucers etc for two people.
Didn't stay long enough
Excellent location apartment was spacious well equipped and welcoming - wish we could stay longer!!
Great location helpful staff
Bed a bit old
Great central location, with shopping malls just a stone throw away (now don't go throwing stones...ok?)
The friendly customer service, great location, very comfortable and practicle rooms, excellent breakfast selection, simplicity of check in / check out. We had a very enjoyable experience and will reccommend the Sebel anytime.
My only criticism refers to the swimming pool, the actual facitity is very good however the chemical levels in the water should be checked as after just a short swim I suffered very sore eyes. I have swum regularly in many pools and never experienced a reaction like that before. I did intend to mention this to the staff upon checkout but forgot to do so.
LIKED THE FACT THAT WE HAD ANOTHER COUPLE WITH US AND THEY WERE RIGHT BESIDE US AND WE HAD OUR OWN ENTRY FOYER BETWEEN THE ROOMS
THE PLUGHOLES IN BOTH THE BATHROOM AND THE KITCHEN WERE REALLY BADLY STAINED AND NEEDED A GOOD CLEAN WITH BLEACH
reception staff were very helpful and were pleasant with it
Attention to cleanliness. Some night noise from neighbouring balcony furniture, somewhat confusing vehicle entrance until 'system' explain. Raw burgers down stairs
Free bottle of sparkling wine as a congratulatory gift for our wedding that day was absolutely lovely. Absolutely superb room with an outstanding view. Perfect and so so comfortable bed.
We were not told guests needed to pay for car parking. Its like $30 a day and was quite a shock! It really ruined the entire stay and to cap it off the girl who obviously only pretended to care that we were upset actually insisted that we were told. If we were we probably would have left the car at home and caught the train in for our wedding instead of supporting a money making scheme like that. We paid good money for our room and pre paid, why the hell are they charging their guests for guest parking?? Oh and the radio/cd player didn't work the remote had rusty expired battery's in it. And the breakfast buffet and espresso was terrible. I actually couldn't even drink the coffee.
Room size, some staff, location
Food quality patchy, Some staff slack (room cleaning consisted of a bundle of towels left on sink one day) Problems with room tags not working, apparently sensitive to everything, phones, wallets, credit cards etc Night manager just plain rude
Good location, excellent staff
The coffee shop was expensive for what it was worth (breakfast)
There is nothing to fault
There are better dining alternatives in the area.
Fantastic location, nice room, got upgraded to the suite, and the assistant manager on duty was great, he was also the reception staff and valet!
The Sebel was easy to access from the motorway, parked our car and were able to walk everywhere. Room was very comfortable with lots of room.
Room excellent, bed extremely comfortable with lots of pillows, wonderful art in corridors and room as opposed to the usual generic pieces, having a proper music system (CD) always impresses
A bit expensive and although on a high floor most buildings around were higher so no view
The friendly, helpful staff.
buffet breakfast was disappointing ,buffet was poorly stocked from plates, cutlery, butter, croissants, juice, all hot food. The food would come out in small amounts and constantly run out ,so there was never the full range of food available at once
The fire alarm went on 3am and we had to run down 24 floors and noone explained why we had to wait outside for 1 hour
Housekeeping service was sloppy. Fridge was defrosted all over kitchen floor on arrival, mini-bar was used on arrival. Bed is small
