Not a lot The bathroom drains smelt awful. The rooms smelt of food that was being cooked elsewhere in the building. The fridge smelt. I was also bitten by some bugs. When I checked out early because it was bad the owner told me I could not have a refund

Unit was self contained. Unit was very quiet. Unit was in walking distance to medical facilities as was required. Everything was perfect.

1. Easy to get to the motel. 2. Clean 3. Affordable 1. Had to be careful when showering & cooking as you needed to keep doors closed, no exhaust fan in bathroom. 2. No bath plug, couldn't use bath.

The location was close to the city. The dodgy lift, the unclean kitchen, the mould in the bathroom. The poor ventilation in the bathroom that required us to open the adjoining bedroom and the balcony door in case the fire alarm went off (for which we would have been charged!) The threadbare towels.

Very tired furnishings and decore. Not close enough to the CBD to walk and so still get parking costs when you go into town. Better to get a hotel right in the city. A hassle getting the key on weekends and after hours.

The Sedgebrook is ideally situated in Brisbane close to all the Cities places of interest - close to Transport both by Rail and Bus The appartments are well designed and most functional with all facilitiies including a Dishwasher and full cooking equipment oven etc It is a really good place to stay One small observation though - the cleaning could be better carried out Apart from this I give the Sedgebrook "full marks" As mentioned the cleaning could be better - more attention to detail!

Every thing, we expected just an hotel, when we saw the apartment we were delighted with it, it had everything we would have needed if we had been staying longer, we wish we could have stayed longerto enjoy it all. As it was, my husband was staying over night in the hospital nearbyand we had to leave next day. We have already booked for 31/12/12 and are looking forward very much to staying there once more.

It was located near the shopping centre of Brisbane and a nice walk to South Bank area. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do around The Sedgebrook.

It was very convenient accommodation, approximately a 10min walk from the city and over the road was the free Spring Hill bus loop to the city. The accommodation was clean and adequate. The manager, Stephen, was extremely helpful. We were delayed and didn't arrive until 11.30pm and he was waiting at the door and explained all the facilities available and the restaurants nearby. As we were there for the week it would have been nice if the towels had been changed and we didn't have to wash them. Also a few items would have been well accepted, i.e. milk, salt, detergent.

The best thing about this hotel was the amazing sushi bar next to it... Will def go back to have sushi ... But would not stay there again. We had to clean the dirty dishes that were left in the dishwasher so we could use them. No dishcloth or powder for dishwasher. Only had 1 small cake of soap between 4 people over 2 days.. Very damp with lots of visible black mould in the stairwell. Thick dust and fluff in corners of bedroom on carpet . Some sort of black substance(looked like mould) on bedroom wall and curtain. Spa in bath didn't work. No batteries in the smoke alarms... They were hanging open empty. Being charged extra per day to park when there is a car space for each unit is just a rip off ... I would not stay there again.

Rooms were nice, clean and very spacious Despite being on the top floor we could hear every car that drove by 7 floors below. There seemed top be no double glazing/soundproofing - if that was rectified I'd recommend the Sedgebrook on Leichardt to anyone as other than that it was lovely.

Close to the city centre This is the worst apartment I have ever stayed while in Brisbane at the same cost. The facilities are all old and look dirty. The kitchen and the bedroom are very smelly. The owner does not take care of the cleanness at all. The reception is quite odd as it is so troublesome to get in if you check in after 5pm (particularly if you are from outside Oz)
