I was very dissapointed with the Swagmans, we stay in many motels a year as we work all over the country. As we had a 5 night stay we wanted something nice so booked a superior apartment. It was dirty old unhealthy, smelly and in serious need of renovating. We would not even sit on the lounge until we took the cover off as it was filthy, including what looked like a huge love stain and many years of dirt. When we spoke to the owners about the room rating they informed us that it didnt mean better it meant bigger???? I suggest they look up the meaning of superior! They also indicated that they cannot be responsible for the work that the cleaners do in every room, this sort of dirty does not happen in a day or a week!

size of room - quiet - staff - safe Not very clean - ants in 'free' cookies package - no coffee maker -far from town (we walked) - pillows too hard - could not see pool bottom

The design of our one bedroom apartment was practical and spacious. All the heaters etc worked. The shower was hot. The place was clean and the staff very friendly and informative.
