I liked the location very much, plus the fact that the rooms were recently renovated. The location of the table from the television made it very difficult to watch tV whilst working. But not a big issue. |

The proximity to the venue we were attending that evening. Room was quiet and comfortable. Inadequate parking arrangements. Availability was not as stated. |

Staff at the cafe where we had breakfast were very helpful. The check in staff were very professional.The tv in the room was great. We watched the swans vs lions on the tv in the room and it was good. As a result of this I will be looking at getting a tv similar to the one which was in the hotel room. Had problem accessing the hotel wi-fi Internet. The Internet cafe was down whilst I am there. If there a better Internet cafe where there was a printer service. |

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and found the position of the hotel very convenient all ways, from accessibility for metcard shop, tourist shop, transport and venues. We found the table in front of the wardrobe an inconvenience for accessibility. |

we liked the location The first room the bed was broken We got another room which was fine but both rooms smelled old and smokey.I am in the understanding that we stayed in the older section and they are upgrading gradually.They were working on it as above comment |

The Victoria Hotel is in the heart of the CBD in Melbourne which is an excellent location. You can walk to any of the tourists spots. It is also close to all other forms of transport (bus, tram and train). |

The hotel was bang in the centre of melbourne and they gave you a bottle of milk for your room rather than the UHT pots. We had a standard room booked which was dirty, knackered bed and had a broken window I would rate the room as 2 star (and thats being generous). We asked to upgrade and the upgrade room was better but still only a 3 star level. |

The Spa and Sauna are a great way to relax before heading into the city for the evening, the buffet breakfast was also spot on Quite confusing finding the room for the 1st time. |

The convenience of the location. Being in the new part of the hotel - new bathroom that is very clean. Size of the tv screen is great! Linen excellent. Nice quiet room. Nice casual bar. There is a residual 'smoking' smelin the older part of the hotel - last time I was there I had a room in that part and was not happy with the air quality. Not sure what you can do about that but for non-smokers it is a real problem. |

Location, 11.00 am check out, support from staff to look after luggage after check out & before flight departure. Current renovations made the Lobby seem very uninviting. Having to change lifts to get to the 8th floor! |

Very nice if simple hotel in perfect location. Has a touch of a long historic tradition. Nice staff, very clean, tea and coffee in the room. The way of heating the room was somewhat unpleasent during winter |
