No facilities for long stay. room was very basic except for a refrigerator. no tea making facilities in the room. Loud music at weekends.

The Meals are great, staff was very friendly and helpful, it was within walking distance to the cbd had ample parking. Rooms although dated were very clean and practical if you are only looking for a bed for the night. Probably would stay again if only for one night.

The outdated rooms, the piggy back power sockets and extension cords running everywhere surely can't be safe. No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms this was a no brainer. The "room" for making the tea and coffee was a sad disappointment the cupboard that the cups were in was dirty and had mouse droppings in it... Didn't use the cups sorry major turn off.

TV had passcode lock enabled. What for?!? Hard to find hotel parking due to one way streets.

Access his good wi-fi available good for food no parking problems easy walk to town.

some parts need a make over breakfast could hva been better. Staff wiating our arrival at 21.30hrs so they could close. a bit early.

Neat tidy, clean rooms with all that is needed for a good night's sleep - a shower and a comfortable bed, and the bonus of a breakfast included in the price. Close proximity to the city - a nice fresh walk each day I stayed.

The staff were friendly

1) A family room, however, 4 single beds 2) very basic...old bathroom & very dated facilities 3) over priced. This is really backpackers style accommodation & should be advertised this way. For $25 per person more, we could have stayed at the Grand Chancellor, so expected a lot more than what we found. We were actually shocked at the poor quality of the hotel & thankfully were only there for 1 night. Would not stay here ever again!

Lack of lift (even though only three stories) for bringing up luggage for family.

The facilities is a bit old. It does not have a kettle in the room.

Location was fairly good

Decor of the room was basic, breakfast was basic/poor selection- no fruit/yoghurt or possibility of anything other than cereal and toast. Had spend the previous week travelling around tasmania staying in backpackers hostels which were of a good standard - felt the hotel should have been of higher standard ( and wasn't) compared to these - esp with price I paid

We stay for two days and we didn't expect room service as we didn't ask for it. When we back at the night, the room had been serviced.

We were there on the hottest day in 60 years. It's unusually hot at 42C degree. The room doesn't have air-conditioner.

Location, 3 blocks from waterfront

Room key couldn't be found so was given wrong room key to try which obviously didn't work, checked in after 5pm so ample time for them to prepare which wasn't the case. Bed was on a side lean very uncomfortable. Very expensive for little service and no quality
