Rooms are modern and well appointed. Proximity to the city was good. Our room was on the 12th floor. We found it quite noisy at night and a little difficult to sleep. |

We were given an upgrade to a 26th floor executive apartment which was very spacious and comfortable - including 2 balconies, a separate laundry room and a study. This was a high standard apartment in an excellent location - less than 10 minutes walk from the Rocks/ Circular Quay and very convenient for city centre shops. |

The one bedroom apartment was perfect for us as family with a baby. The apartments are quite big and with the separate bedroom it was possible that we could stay awake while the baby was sleeping. Furthermore the location is great. You can reach almost every place by foot: 10 minute to the Sydney Opera House, 10 minutes to the citiy center (Goerge St. / King St.), 15-20 minutes to Darling Harbour. We would stay again. The washing machines are old and do not work so good. The clothes didn't get clean at all. The electric iron was scaled and the outfalling scale pieces made the clothes dirty. The traffic noise was sometimes a little bit annoying. |

Location fantastic. Rooms very comfortable and modern. Good value for a self catering apartment in central location. Staff very helpful. Wasn't provided information about the pool or other facilities in the hotel ie where to find them. |

The hotel ,was first class, staff very attentive. The 2 bed apt was the largest, most equiped room I have ever stayed in. 5 star at a good price The only fault I could find was the corridor needs decorating |

Lovely, comfortable, quet apartments with great views and very helpful staff. We had a family of 6 and were very comfortable. (We had a 2 bedroom with den.on 23rd floor) The location was perfect for a tourist. It was walking distance to most of the Sydney attractions. (Cirular Quay, Opera House, Sydney Tower, Aquarium, Botanical Gardens, Museums etc.) We had a great time!! Thanks so much!! |

The staff was available 24 hours/day to give help and answer questions. They brought us laundry soap, found a doctor and helped me set up a same-day appointment, and in general seemed eager and able to help. Our 2-bedroom suite was roomy, attractive, and comfortable. They gave us a free upgrade to a "deluxe" suite (which I think just means a remodeled suite, which would normally cost something like $10/night). No free internet access. 1.5% surcharge for using Visa. Expensive (though probably good value for the location and the amount of space you get). |
