The staff were incrfedibly helpful and friendly. Booking and checking out were really easy. Would have liked free wi-fi in the unit. Most modern hotels are offering this now. |

Its proximity to transport, shopping, groceries & restaurants. I shared the accomodation with two friends and we had plenty of room The lounge cover needed attention and needed to be cleaned underneath. |

Lovely big studio suite with comfortable twin beds. Well equipped kitchenette. Wonderful walk-in shower and lots of space in the bathroom. Lovely spa bath outside along with pool. Lovely soft white fluffy towels. Easily accessible to tourist areas of Sydney. Helpful staff. Unfortunately the sauna did not work and beds were superficially made. |

The location between Circular Quay and Darling Harbour is fantastic. We have stayed before and like the central location to see the parts of Sydney that we want. It is ideally suited for families with smaller children. The price has risen considerably since our last stay. This coupled with the strong Australian Dollar against the Pound and Euro is making staying almost unaffordable. |

Will never stay there again......Hotel visit was not pleasant as we had booked and paid in advance and were allocated a filthy, old rooms, with a dreadful smell from the old carpet. When we complained at Check In, we were told that was the only 2 bedroom apt the hotel had available for our 3 night stay. Not good enough... |

The fast check-in, check -out. The facilities provided, the cleanliness & efficiency of staff from porter, front office & housekeeping. The phone line did not work. Tried to return call to a friend but had no dial tone. Tried to call for porter for check-out but no dial-tone. Did not complain to front office. |

Everyone we had contact with at the hotel was very helpful, interested and really pleasant. There were 3 single women staying in a 2 bedroom apartment and we found the roominess of the apartment really comfortable for a group of friends. |

Location - 10 minute walk to the rocks, circular quay and Pitt St shopping. Apartment was spacious enough for 4 adults and a baby. Kitchen could do with extra cloths and tea towels. |

Everything about the staff and the room was perfect except for the very uncomfortable sofa/lounge suite. It was so hard it was impossible to sit on. The sofa/lounge in the living room was very uncomfortable, rock hard in fact. |

The room. our room was given to another cliant whom wanted to stay where she was so we were given her room. That was great for us, as it was a much better room than we booked. At 3.20am we got the wake up call for the lady in our room. I rang receiption and asked them to give her a wake up call. |

The facilities were clean and easily accessable. Staff were helpful. Any requests/concerns were dealt with quickly. Spa and pool were excellent. I found it a bit constly for what we got however that is probably the same throughout CBD Sydney. The Couch was uncomfortable to sit on. There could have been a couple of chairs outside both balconies - not just the one |

The staff were great. The location was excellent, in walking distance of the rocks and very close to the Wynyard train station. The apartment was enormous. The apartment needs a little update. The bathroom taps leaked. The kettle leaked. The internet charges were too high. |

We really liked the location. It was central; you are able to walk to Darling Harbour, the Rocks and the city. All transport services are within walking distance too. The apartments are not necessarily what you see on the internet and they are not necessarily refurbished as stated. We were extremely disappointed as the apartment we had changed to was not clean and belonged in a budget hotel. |
