The location to Wyndham Station and local bus transport, Circular Quay and environs, Darling Harbour, George St. Everything seemed to be within a ten minute walk. Wyndham station had everything we needed. Being able to drop our bags off at reception in the morning before check in time. The friendliness of the staff. Greatful for the new towels everyday. I booked the apartment specifically because of the spa pool and pool, balcony and location. The spa pool was not hot enough, maybe a cover could be placed on to keep the heat in. The pool was a good temperature. The apartment was overpriced for the condition of the soft furnishings and plumbing.

We thought our apartment was very spacious. It was very good to stay in such a large apartment in the centre of the City and this suited our needs better than 2 hotel rooms. The apartment was extremely clean and serviced daily. We would definately recommend this apartment to other familes looking for a larger apartment in the centre of the City. It was a little noisy during peak hour traffic although we were on level 23. However we were prepared to put up with this minor dicomfort to enjoy the good location of the Hotel.

The rooms are very comfortable and the deluxe one-bedroom suite has a separate toilet/bathroom facility. The views are great and the location is relatively quiet.

The staff are horrible! They do not wish to help you find a solution to something out of your control! They are not well educated about policies and procedures as one staff memebr will tell you something different to another

Very friendly and helpful staff and the accommodation was great for my friend and I, as we were coming to Sydney to attend a board meeting and agm. So all good. The concierge even called a taxi for us which was great. Thanks for making our trip so comfortable.

Excellent location - close to Circular Quay and Wynyard station. Only a 10 minute walk from Darling Harbour. I stayed in a one-bedroom executive apartment. Separate toilet from bathroom was a good facility. Clean and very well furnished with well-equiped kitchen and good size balcony.

The view from our 22nd story apartment was fantastic. Having teenage boys the view of the traffic going over the Harbour Bridge was great. Our apartment was very roomy and clean, was nice to return to our room after a day out and find the beds made.Ajay was a great help in assisting us with things to see and do.

This was the first trip to Sydney and we found that the service of the staff was excellent as they were pleasant, smiled, engaged with us by sharing the local spots to visit, and had a sense of humour which was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was great, as the accessibilty to trains, buses also the ferry terminal are in short walking distance, shopping and there was no need for a vehicle within the city centre. Would recommend this hotel for those who are needing to have a shopping spree in Sydney, as everything is at your fingertips.

2 Hotel staff members on two separate occasions walked into our room without knocking. One staff member checked the fridge to see what was in there (this should have been done prior to check in) and another staff member walked straight in calling someones name, realised they weren't there, saw me and walked out. This is poor and unprofessional service. Portacot that was supplied by The York was faulty (had a large hole at the end where my daughter could climb through) and whoever set up the cot knew that there was a hole at the end as it was exposed when you walked into the room. Dishwashing liquid that was in kitchen was not Morning Fresh. This caused an allergic reaction on my hands (red spots, itchiness and burning) which has ended up in 2 visits to doctors and chemists. Severe case of dermatitis. I received an apology from staff in reception but feel that this is not acceptable and I believe that compensation is a must!!!

Airy, spacious, light-filled accommodation. 24 hr reception. Willingness of staff to assist with queries & information. Great location, within walking distance of trains, Circular Quay, shopping & buses. Morning paper delivered to door. Very poor tv reception on nearly all free to air channels. No handle on outside of screen door to balcony making it awkward to open to get back into room. Ashtray not being emptied when room cleaned daily. Fresh milk & sugar not being restocked daily.

The location, staff were very good. Answered all our questions and where very courteous and attentive The room was comfortable and well laid out, but it was showing signs of wear and tear. Balconey door was in poor condition as was the bedroom window. It could do with some upgrading to the room

Very comfortable for a family (4 people - including two girls, one 9 years and the other 19 years old); spatious room, well equiped, good service, well placed in Sydney (near Darling Harbour, Circular Quai, public transports), everyday newspaper at the door. We had a very nice stay in this hotel.
