Road rooms very noisy

Close to area I was working in.

Traffic noise

The location and friendly staff. Great value for money. Great restaurants and variety at the door.

Room needed a paint. New carpet in stair well. Minor stuff really.

Good location on Glebe Point Rd and adequate for a town stay at a reasonable price.

Not that we can recollect, but few restaurants for food was around the place, and its more because its on glabe point road.

No lift, not as per the photos in Internet, and its very inconvenient for moving to a third or a second floor with luggage, however much they claim to lift it up to our floors. Next the balcony is not a mentionable place. It's dirty, and its very small. The staff have an air of authority and only if you are kind to them, will may be get some help. Cleaning is not as per expect ions.

Staff and managers were very polite, and helpful. There was a great restaurant directly opposite your building. Great food and even better coffee.

I would have preferred an elevator, but the stairs were ok to walk.

The rooms were amazing and so cheap between the 8 of us that stayed, not one of us had a complaint about the rooms, absolutely fantastic! Beds were so comfortable and clean, and the motel wasn't far from the city night life :)

The hotel was well situated in Glebe so eash to access the city via buses. It was also lovely that there was a swimming pool to relax/cool off in.

The hotel is a bit shabby and dated and could do with a bit of a refurb, i.e. curtains slightly hanging off windows, dirty carpets throughout.

Having to pay for Wi-fi. After all you can get it for nothing in the park We paid $5 and it didnt work You should use free Wi-fi as something to sell yourselves

the location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

the room smelt danky and was far too small for 4 people. The mattress made my back hurt.

This Hotel is in a very good location, it is inexpensive and if you dont mind having a 25 min walk, you dont need public transport to get to the City, Opera House, Auarium and tower. I would really recomend this Hotel

The damp smell

We loved the location right in Glebe, with lots of Coffee shops and cute stores and very close to both the light rail and bus stop into Darling Harbour etc Friendly enough staff, although not particularly helpful The pool was lovely and not to cold - wish we had more time to relax by it.

We paid 130$ per night for this hotel which was WAY too much in my opinion....considering you can stay at the Mercure or other nicer hotels for the same price if you book early. It was very run down, smelled musty and although our bedding was clean the balcony and bathrooms could have done with a good scrub. I would stay here again for location but only in the instance of a last minute cheapish booking. There is no elevator and the aircon didn't work very well so the room was warm. Also alot of noise from others in the hotel and traffic outside.

The staff were the most relaxed, polite and pleasant I have encountered anywhere. They changed the room without fuss, they texted me when a parcel arrived avoiding unnecessary extra postage and generally were on the job without fuss. Plus, there is a hidden gem here.... the chance to walk 200 metres to a great walk around the Glebe river. Highly recommended.

The cost for the location was very reasonable compared to neighbouring hotels in the city

The DVD player didn't work.
