Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to be renovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, both clean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We received excellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. |

Staff were excellent...courteous, efficient, knowldegeable and friendly.I did not have breakfast or dinner at the hotel so can't comment on that. I have stayed in about 6 hotels in Perth and yours, on balance, is the best from my perspective of price, central location, quietness, staff efficiency and romm cleanliness. |

The staff were pleasant and helpful and the room was clean and well presented. The room was not deluxe or what I would expect from a 4 star hotel, it was small and very noisy. I could hear the tv from the next room throughout the night. |
