I like the fact that the hotel is very close to the shopping center (cavil circle)restaurants and clubs and that it is an apartment type so its very convenient for family or group of friends staying together. You get the same comfort of home because you can cook and do the laundry if you need to. It's also not far from the beach. just getting around the hotel and to the room is confusing at first coz there are no signs and no instructions from the receptionnist. They only give you a paper which you have to read first so you would know how things work. When we checked in, we didnt know how to get to our room. we didnt know that we were in the wrong tower and we didnt know we can't use the lifts for the other towers. we didnt know how to get to the tower where our room was and there's noone to ask unless you go back to the front desk on the ground floor. but you would have trouble getting there if you're in the wrong tower coz you can't use the lift. It was a bit frustrating at first. |

The city of Gold Coast. Nothing really mentioned about the hotel. Front disk staff, all the time the smil of the bathroom was all over the reception, and they dont have room cleaning facility. |

The spacious apartment, the view and the friendly man at reception! the lighting was not bright enough in the bathrooms to properly do make-up. |

Location was very central and the views from the 19th floor balcony were fantastic. The lifts were very busy at times. |

La posizione dell'hotel e' ottimale: proprio in centro, con tanti shopping centre a portata di mano e vicino alla spiaggia (circa 150/200 metri).I miei figli hanno apprezzato moltissimo le vaste piscine all'aperto (circa 600 m2). Insomma se dovessi tornare a Surfer Paradise, sicuramente soggiornerei di nuovo in quest'albergo. |
