Clean and comfortable

The facility worked well for our requirement

The proximity of the Travelodge is excellent. After living in Bankstown for 25 years I feel that it is more like home. My husband and I have always stayed there over the last 10 years when returning to NSW. We are both members of the Sports Club and will return.

What I didn't like was the way that our room was serviced on a few of the days that we were there. The bed looked like a child had made it on one of the days and I had to complain and have the room re serviced, that should NOT EVER happen. I was quite dissapointed.

Was in a good central location. Resturants were really good. Room was clean and presentable.

Guest laundry only had one washing machine and dryer for a hotel that big is not enough.

The location is great for work. The variouse eaterys are very good.

No room service.

Complimentary vehicle parking.

Our room was lovely and clean and the bed and pillows were very comfy too. The food choices were excellent, especially the chinese restaurant, loved it.

Would've really liked to have a balcony off our room but we found that out when we were booking so it was ok. None of the other nice hotels had balconies either, so you're not alone there. That's all, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We didnt see much around bankstown as our seminar was very long hours but I dont think it was far from anyrthing you want

The only thing I can think of that you dont have is internet where you can print, I needed my flight tickets printed and found internet but no printer although the staff at reception were extremly helpfull but it is a little dificult when guests vare being served, the front desk staff are umong the best we have come across and we travel a lot.

Conveniently located for the purpose of our trip.

On the day my family and I checked in, we went to our room and the room was very disgusting. There was scrap paper on the floor, rest of potato chips, and also a dead lizard !!! When I told and showed the pics I took to the receptionist, they told me they would send a cleaner to make sure the room was clean. However, around 6pm after my trip around the city the receptionist rang my room and told me that they did not found anything, even after I had shown the pics to them. I would like to know how can I publish the pictures of the "cleanness" of the room and also if there is a way to let others know that this hotel isn't what is supposed to be. We are very disappointed for getting good feedback from booking website and had this awful experience.

Location was perfect for what I needed, great restaurants downstairs. Nice bathroom.

Room was extremely hot and stuffy upon entering, took ages for air on to kick in, so was very uncomfortable whilst I was getting ready for a function. I was meeting my partner there, because the booking was in his name I wasn't allowed to enter the room until he got there. Which meant I had to wait one hour in the foyer, as he was stuck in traffic. I asked to be allowed to go to the room as I had to get ready for a function after a long day at work and was refused!

A clean, comfortable hotel (not fancy) with everything we needed. Good secure parking.

I was surprised it incorporated a pokie venue.

They should include airport transferred and breakfast as well

We did not expect what we got for what we paid for, thumbs up in value for money. Location is excellent. Its located within a club which has really nice set up. Will stay here again any time. Car park was free. Shopping was a hop and a skip away.

It was hard to find. It needs more visable signage. Wifi was very weak in the comon area.

It was close to where I needed to be in an area I knew. It is close to shops and travel (bus and train)

It was hard to find as I found myself confusing the Bankstown Sports Clubwith the actual hotel. It wasnt very clear from the outside nthat the hotel was part of Bankstwon Sports club. Once inside it wasnt very clear as to where the lifts were and I did end up going the wrong way in the club when I came back in. There was not any tea or coffee making facilities in the room

Security, locqation is central, all facilities under one roof, good food and service. Staff are always very friendly and professional from reception to all services offered. They try to accommodate all requests & nothing is too much trouble.

Not very much at all - Always enjoy our stay but would like to be able to buy milk as there is never enough to have tea or coffee in the rooms. Some clubs in Qld sell milk & bread in the bottle shop. I would not like to leave the club environs at night to search for milk & at times do not wish to get dressed to go down to the coffee shop to purchase a hot beverage

It was really difficult loading luggage from car to a trolly & then waiting for my husband to return after parking car to help move trolly. Finding our way out of the car park to get to travellodge was horrendous. Kept getting lost. Didn't like the ride on the people mover. It had a warning - falling off could lead to death or injury. I was hanging on for dear life in the rear seat. I just wanted to walk up stairs but couldn't find the way. Probably will stay at the Gardenia Motel next time. A lot less hassle Elenor Chambers

I found all the staff very friendly & helpful. The staff in the eaterys also the same. We will definatly be going back there.

The breakfast menu could do with a little bit more variety.

Komfortable rom, sikker parkering, relativt billig

Lite vennlig personale, bortsett fra hun ved utsjekking. Irriterene kontroll ved inngangen spesielt måten den ble utført på og ikke minst totalt idiotiske regler(ble forlangt at man må ta av capsen!

Sehr geehrte DAmen und Herren , ich war vor 2 Jahren schon einmal im Hotel - daher kam ich wieder ! Sehr gute Lage zum Airpot Sydney - aber besonders - sehr VIEL gute Unterhaltung - sehr viele unterscheidliche Restaurants im Haus ! Auch Tanzveranstaltungen usw. SEHR zu empfehlen ! Ich bin im nächsten auch wieder dort ! Viele Grüsse R. Kloss
