Quite room on high floor, the internet worked well. As I am there for BUSINESS that is what I need. Clean bathroom good, clean room. The inside of drawers, and the cupboard where the bar fridge is in are dirty and unclean. I didnt want to put my clothing in the draws, and the dirt and dust around the bar fridge in the cupboard of room 710 is a bit disgusting. |

Nothing, I found the hotel of poor quality, food smells in the room from the extractor fans of the kitchen, very tired rooms and the restaurant for breakfast was just not acceptable. |

It was close to where we were going out with friends There was no parking so we had to park on the street with free parking till 8:30am therefore we had to get up early and leave early |

The location was very good, right in CBD. Room was very small, only basic amenities. A/C was not functioning properly. There was not much choice in the room service menu. They were seriously short-staffed. |

Very well maintained although a little bland in room decor.Food very nice. Why are hotels so scared of colour? The decor in my room was pleasant but very sterile.Professional staff, privacy respected, Fantastic location.Cafe is nice but retaurant decor is very disappointing. |

Convenient Location, was able to explore perth city without any difficulty, the bus stop with the cat service right outside was an added bonus! Price wise, it was reasonable, staff were very polite & service was prompt. Rooms were clean. It's my first time in perth, so i'm not sure if the prices they charged for wifi internet was expensive or not, but i felt that instead of charging each individual user for internet usage, they should have a discounted package for multiple users in a room. |

Restaurant was generally good. Restaurant staff very good. felt as i booked over internet, only got average room, there was no drinks, in fridge, not even water.On the sunday night, a lot of road noise.Room was average comfortable, but not great. |

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is in a good location, near a large amount of shopping and several tour companies. Also nearby is the train station which made getting to Freemantle easy. The wireless internet was not included in the room charge and there was no pool. Also, the room did not have a control for the aircon which was to cold at times. |
