location, open 24 hours and discount parking

The location was ideal for us. Close to public transport, shopping, the Arts District and downtown Melbourne. The room was very comfortable, and very quiet.

If you are traveling by car there there is a garage nearby that the hotel has an arrangement with, but that will still cost $12 a day. Not a big deal.

Loved the location and the price, it was so central to everything. We really loved the variety of restaurants all within a short walk. Great place to stay for business or leisure.

bookings.com interaction with hotel. not clear why I had to pay to them after I paid bookings.com, even you did not charged me there still was a holding on my card under your name that was realaeased day after. process was unclear.

location is great! Staff were very accommodating, we were allowed to check in early.

The staff were very friendly, however, at times its hard to understand when a staff person does not understand the English, very frustrating.Despite this a good motel to stay I would recommend others to stay, but inform them that no parking at the hotel is a disadvantage.

Handy Location

Hard Beds - Both my daughter and I ended up with bad backs. Asked for another room which was a slight improvement. Recption female staff member on check out abrupt and unfriendly.

The Travelodge Southbank is in a great location, within walking distance to so many different places.

The staff were very friendly and helpful ansd the managers fixed any prpoblems that I had atall.

One older man that was on at nihjht time service. Very rude

Good location, microwave, kitchen sink - easy to fill up kettle (as opposed to trying to fill in shallow bathroom sink), room service by local restraunts, excellent price, nice rooms with couch and table to eat at, taxi rank just outside - always taxis there!, Holds bags after checkout with tags.

Not a 'didn't like' but I already made same comments on sheet when we checked out.

Location on lively South Bank is great for restaurants and bars. Only 5 minutes walk from Melbourne Centre Federation Square, Flinders Street station etc

A great position, close to city and the lovely Southbank surrounds.
