Location was very handy to Darling Harbour and central city Location was not close to a "range" of restaurants - the only options seeming to be Asian/Japanese cuisine. To get anything else I had to walk considerable distance or taxi |

No Internet. Was told need exec room (additional $40 per night, not including internet charges) if I want internet access. Late checkout by 30 minutes: $20 charge. I left "Do not Disturb" sign on the door - Housekeeping uses the phone to call me (and wakes me up to inform me they need to clean the room). I wanted to rest - after a late night. I didn't want the room cleaned.... You decide for yourself if this hotel is worth staying at. |

Going to events in the Sydney area, travel on public transport. Paddys Markets is worth a lookover. The lift card reader has slow response time, and annoyed many guests for "not working". The card reader should match the speed for credit card readers. |

I loved my stay! The staff is so helpful and friendly! It is in a safe excellent location to explore Sydney! I walked all over Sydney and enjoyed the closeness to Hyde Park and City Centre. The train station is close and buses close too! |

The location was good for a mardi gras period, cleaning staff worked quite well.the fridge and microwave in the room it's ridiculous to put so much on a hotel room, when there isnt even a wired internet connection in the rooms and websites in the lobby are controlled. Hotel staff is made of students who apparently dont really care and receive any question with a frown |

I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, despite being very busy. We found we could walk everywhere easily which was a bonus. The fact it did not have a bar. A nice drink after a long day out would have been welcome, rather than having to either stop off on the way back or get chnaged and go back out. |

good location, quiet-ish rooms, fridge, micro, kettle etc very useful No internet for majority of rooms. You would need to upgrade to superior room and then pay an extra fee for wireless access. That's a bit mean. |

The location was ideal - walkable to city centre and most other places of interest to tourists - well satisfied Not really but the checking in procedure and checking out could perhaps have been slicker |

Location was excellent, easy access to all areas of Sydney, and only a short walk away from the train station. Although a double room was booked, we were told they only had twins available, despite the fact we checked in at 9am (and obviously was told room wouldnt be ready until 2pm). When we moved the two twin beds together, there was a mountain of dust and dirt under the bed we moved. Huge queues at check-in and check-out. |

Location - close to train station. LCD TV and Movies on demand. Coin operated laundry on our level. Bathroom was tiny - could barely reach toilet paper as toilet was so close to the wall & not much space for tall people. Given single beds instead of queen bed as per guarantee when confirmed booking with staff. Beds & pillows were extremely uncomfortable. One particular staff member couldn't care less about mix up with beds and was a little rude to us about it. |

Liked how close it was to the Entertainment Centre where we were seeing a show. Great being so close to China town for meals. Yes, there were no shower caps in the bathroom. When I rang room service I was told there should be one and it would be brought to the room. Then 10 mins later they rang back and said that shower caps were not provided......! |

Room was well equipped, modern, very nice The price for one night was very expensive. I'm from England and this was my first time travelling to oz. A travelodge back home you can get for under 50 pound a night (even in London). I paid over 100 pounds for one night in Sydney. |

Bathroom We reserved a room ahead of time online. My husband is 6'3 and we had a double bed. It was like sleeping in a roll away bed, horrible. I must have missed that when reserving the room. We were very unhappy and when I asked the staff if we could switch rooms, we were unable to due to availability. |
