Great bed and closed to the City Centre. Quiet and convenient from a business perspective...no frills Worst water pressure in the universe. The staff didnt smile and were a little impersonal...probably busy |

Good location. Clean rooms. Walking distance to train which we used in abundance. Also close to Paddy's Market & Capitol Theatre. "Wicked" is worth seeing. In fact, you can either walk or train to get to most places. Would have loved a toaster in the room. |

It was close to the harbour, bridge and opera house. We could check in earlier than was advertised, which was good because we arrived on an early flight |

I liked the fact that after two nights in the room it was ageed that we could move to a room with air conditioning that worked. We had been asking staff about this since we got there and it took two nights for someting to be done I did not like the attitude staff had towards customers. I found the service below average. Also chidren under 12 do not stay or free. I was advised by staff that this was not true and was a mistake on this site |

The extra care and friendliness of some of your staff-Rachel & Dylan on the front desk & the lady who was on the register in the breakfast room and the young man who relieved on her days off. I hope these comments are passed on. It was too long getting the all clear when the smoke alarm was activated-there was two during my stay. I feel guests should be told there is a second signal for evacutaion that said I think evacutaion should commence immediatley |

For Sydney, it is a good value for the money. Hard to find a double room under a hundred dollars with clean sheets and clean carpet in this area. Our room was a tiny corner room, much smaller than the normal rooms, and they said there weren't any normal rooms with a double bed. It felt something like a prison cell. I saw the regular rooms and they looked fine--just make sure to get one of those. |

Centrally located to parks and transport, with essentials like coffee, newsagent and meals available close by. The lobby was too small. |

The hotel was in close range of Hyde Park, Museum station and city activities. It gave us a comfortable, private space to return to each evening. The staff were friendly, approachable, well-informed and always available. The containers the shampoo & conditioner were in looked great but it was quite difficult to get the contents of the conditioner out. A toaster would be a great addition to the kitchen. (Minor things really!!) |

In spite of requests, the hotel was unable to provide a room with a double or queen bed. Not good for an anniversary. |

The room was a good size and was comfortable and kept clean. The staff werent very helpful and the internet was very expensive and had a really bad connection. It should be free wifi like most other hotels!!! And you need to get a bar!! |
