The location was very convienient. The tea and coffee making facililities and the microwave were ideal after a busy day. |

The hotel was centrally located with easy access to the city and was good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even from the 14th floor we could hear noise from the hotel opposite. |

I stayed there once and then I needed a hotel room again in Sydney. I didn't even try to look for something else - directly call the hotel and booked a room. Price, location... just perfect. |

Well stocked leaflet display. Excellent tea/coffee maker. Excellent location near Hyde Park, Oxford St and Coles. Pleasant welcome tone upon swiping card in door. Shampoo, towels, soap and milk were restocked with gay abandon. Bin not large enough to accommodate special needs. The microwave cannot be used for longer time or you have to pay 400 AUD. Bathmat can be easily mistaken for a hand towel, leading to much distress, increased by the presence of the shower (because shower is always stress). |

It was comfortable and met my needs at the time. I believe that discounts on b'fast etc., were offered, I was unaware of this at the time of booking in but noticed a note on the front desk the next day. Whether or not I would have taken advantage of this I am not sure, but believe it should be pointed out at the time of booking in as it does not apply thereafter. If you do have offers I believe that your clients should be advised not left to find out. |

the location is good.,near central but clam.We can walk to shopping center,museum.darling harbour and many places in the central. The kittchenett can not cook because the hotel has not stove and microwave can not use much because if the guest use microwave longer time the alarm will be rang and the guest must pay 400 aud. |
