Su ubicación, la atención de su personal en la recepción, sus cuartos tienen todo lo necesario para un hotel de un día, que es lo que necesitaba por un cambio de aviones.

Buena atencion

Habitacion pequeña, sin amenities. No cambiaron las toallas aunque las dejamos en el piso, pero cuando reclamamos trajeron pronto otras limpias

El hotel es muy limpio y muy lujoso en comparación al precio pagado. Ampliamente recomendado. Admeás la ubicación es privilegiada, cerca de Anzac park, St. Marys Church, y de todo.

Un poco lejos de Opera and Hrbour Bridge (1.5km), pero existe el Free Shuttle que funciona toda la semana y que nos lleva al puerto.

Good value for money, I did receive a good special, very good location, walking distance to everything, nice clean room.

No toaster? I had a interconnecting room and when there were people in there one night I could hear them talking, also the door banging was very loud when people left their rooms.

Close to the cbd, and Oxford st. Pleasant rooms, no one in your face. For hotels of you size very well run. On leaving at 5am, your night manager was confronted with two hostile ladies about their breakfast bill, he was very professional, and attended to us between out bursts, he was very good. Three days to master swipe card in elevator, very funny experienceces, going up and down for no reason

Very friendly staff. Helped planning our stay. Good budget accommodation. Close to opera house, darling harbour, china town and high street shopping

Staff pleasent and efficient. Very good facilities. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Closeness to public transport.

No on site parking. However the arrangement with the Goulburn Street carpark station makes up for this.

Note about setting fire alarm off on microwave was scarey.

Location was very good and cost was real value for money in expensive Sydney. Room was clean and provided the necessary amenities. It's not luxurious but it's very comfortable and efficient.

Location is great - amazing coffee bar just up the road called Joe Blacks. I was travelling with two female friends and it was so nice to have 3 single beds in a very good sized room. Bathroom was not the cleanest but you get free soap and shampoo/conditioner. It rained all 4 days we were in sydney so we made use of the excellent choice of movies you have on you rooms tv - not too expensive. Overall - great place to stay if you are a backpacker and want some cheap luxury accommodation. I would definately tell my travelling friends about this place.

Luggage store room is very handy but did notice they kept the door open a lot of the time and they didnt even check our tickets when collecting our bags. We didnt try the breakfast as it was expensive in our eyes and there are so many coffee shops in the area that are a lot cheaper. Internet is expensive and we couldnt find many other places in the area so ended up paying alot on hotel internet.

After rather an off hand introduction to this hotel we realised that it is actually very good value for money and while the location is a short walk from the main activity, it is located very close to the lovely Hyde Park and Domain.We heard some very pleasant helpful front desk staff so we were unlucky there. The room was a decent size with a microwave and very limited crockery etc but the tea/coffee was replenished each day.There is a good map available free at reception and a free bus operates close by during off peak times including weekends going all the way to circular Quay

We were shocked upon checking in to be told our booking made through Booking.com had been cancelled, especially as we had bought a non refundable package. The staff member had little sympathy and gave us a phone number to ring Booking.com from a public phone. Thanks to Eric who confirmed the booking was indeed active and rang management to get it sorted. We were allocated a room with twin beds which was disappointing but soon did some furniture rearranging to suit us.After our first shower we realised we had no hot water and after several hours 2 maintenance men were sent. They failed to fix the problem and after a few more hours of deliberation, and being told they were fully booked, we were moved to another twin room. We and many others were disappointed there was no free wifi but pay internet in the lobby.
