1 All the staff were friendly and helpful. 2.The room was clean and comfortable. 3. There were shutters to block out the street noise. 4. There was internet. 1. We found it odd that we obeyed the hotel's requests regarding towels and sheets we didn't need changing but they kept changing everything anyway. Maybe that is a +ve ! 2. In common with all hotels there is not enough light to read by in evening. 3. There was only one arm chair in room. 4. There was only one small window able to be opened (we like fresh air). |

Greg at baggage centre was excellent We ordered a daily paper. First morning none. Complained. Second morning two.Third morning one. Last morning none. Complained again. Got to do better!! Also would have preferred to receive The Australian. The garden salad for the evening meal was a meal in itself; unnecessarily large, a waste of ingredients....as a result spoiled dinner. We didnt return! |

Central location and only 20 metres to Wynyard station. Staining on ceiling above bath, white chipped off bath, small size of bathroom. |

Location was good, rooms were clean, staff were pleasant. I didn't think the rooms were too tiny as a few people have complained about but they were not huge either, adequate size for a city hotel. Service was pleasant but certainly did not go the extra yard, for instance we were told they would not deliver a corkscrew to the room (even though other members of our party had them in the room) and we needed to pick it up. Seemed reluctant to give an adequate number of towels. The other annoying thing was the bed kept rolling away from the wall. All very small points. |

The closeness to facilities, restaurants, tourist attractions. Made it easier as there was no need to use our car. The car park was very hard to find especially when you don't know Sydney. We booked through you however it was very apparent that they didn't have our booking. Put into an adjoining room with 2 double beds. No room to move. |

The hotel was somewhere to stay while exploying the city. But the view was great from the 22nd floor. For an exective room it was small |

On arrival I was asked to pay for the room upfront and a deposit on top of this, something I have never had to do before. |

The location was simply excellent!! It was a pleasant place to stay; there was a nice feel to the room. The bed was really hard. We weren't given any milk for our coffee on one day, and also the coffee cup was dirty, which was okay if it was just our own cup, but we weren't sure that it was because it had been put back on the shelf. Our bottom sheet came completely untucked one night and it was scrunched up half way up the bed. |

The location is excellent, near the Rocks and the Darling Harbor, plus the Central Business District. Quiet at night since it is primarily a business neighborhood. I preferred the low floor so that we did not need to take the elevators. Internet machines for $1 AUS for 10 minutes in the lobby were handy. Right next to train station entrance to Wynyard for easy access to airport. A 20 minute walk to Opera House was handy the night we went to see an Opera. Good, inexpensive Japanese noodle place next door to hotel. Starbucks across the street. Bathrooms were sparkling and brand new, though small. |
