Location and comfortable clean room good facilities in room
The lobby makes it look like everybody has moved out.The lifts were scruffy and looked very tired. Not a good entry statement!
We had an issue with the bedding arrangements, but this was soon solved on arrival by the resident manager. All in all thought all the staff were lovely and would definitely stay here again.
The friendly and supportive service offered by frontline staff. Many thanks to Stephanie on Reception - made my stay with her friendly support and advice on local things to see and do.
The location was marvelous
room was ok
it was a gated soleless place
Very good location, facilities clean and of a high standard. We will stay again and recommend to others.
Initial room given was not as ordered and was quite disappointing however another room was quickly allocated.
Loved the old building and the location and the room was very modern and clean. Taxis and trams ran right outside the door and it was only a short walk to the train station. We are happy to recommend this apartment to everyone.
Loved the room and location
Did not like having no housekeeping as we had a prob and there was no one to all...
Space Bed Location
Size of bath No iPod connection
The character of the building was sensational - externally sandstone, internally high ceilings with ornate features to the lift foyer. Originally being a bank, the foyer/ground floor was grand. Our room had a mezzanine for the bedroom and ensuite, up number of stairs, which made for very spacious living. We heard one or two late night revellers on the Saturday night, but the other 3 nights very quite. The bed was as comfortable as home (which is not a cheap one)! We walked about 10 minutes with luggage to the Southern Cross terminal (mainly downhill). Trams close by.
The room had a slight smoke smell upon entering.
Staff very accomodating. Location excellent.
Clean, comfy, convenient
The apartments were spacious, well presented, clean and perfectly located for accessing the trains, trams and local attractions. Instructions were easily understood for after hours access. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location and space, nicely furnished, loved the original etchings.
Couldn't open bedroom windows, got stuffy. Air con very hot, had to keep turning off and leaving balcony door open. Pillows too high, need a few flatter ones. Fresh milk and more tea bags would be good.
The lay out of the room was nice and spacious and everything was very modern and clean.
The front desk lady wasn't particularly welcoming at all, the sheets were really uncomfortable, the room was incredibly dim lit, and we didn't get a balcony like we were told we would.
The large comfortable rooms and the handy location. The staff were very nice.
The washer dryer was too inconveniently complicated to use. No reception staff or concierge available after about 5pm. A little spooky late at night in the massive foyer area.
The hotel was so central to shopping, transport and local attractions were within walking distance. The apartment we had was very quiet considering you were in the centre of the city with the tram right outside. The privacy between apartments was great - we hardly saw or heard anyone else. The quality of the furnishings was great value for the cost of the apartment. Having a balcony was a lovely bonus.
The size of the gym was the only negative - a second treadmill, towels available and a little more space would be perfect.
The location is perfect, within walking distance to chinatown, Melbourne City and theatres. We had a very large apartment and it felt like home after a big day out. Great little kitchen to make breakfast and boil a kettle. Would recommend Treasury on Collins if you after apartment stay in Melbourne.
Size of apartment. I love how the TV swings round so you can view from every area in the apartment. Lots of towels and well stocked kitchen facilities, wish there was a pair of scissors tough. Comfy beds and the quietest room I've ever stayed in! Would recommend to everyone.
Not fond of the shower over the bath, but OK.
Location was excellent.
No inclusive Wifi. The in house offer was very expensive.
The bathroom and kitchen were dirty and had to be cleaned before we used it. Not something you expect when paying for accommodation.
Quiet, clean and comfortable. Air con was great. Nice and cosy on cold wet days.
Address is Collins Street but front gate is in Queen next to the IGA store. Bit confusing on arrival. Hot water runs out after one short shower. Lots of stairs in loft apartment #114 Couldn't hear the fire alarm from room 114: but did hear guests running down the fire stairs the other side of the bedroom wall: false alarm.
It was quiet for being in the CBD, Felt very safe with the security, Comfortable and clean. Exactly what we wanted. The car parking was just around the corner and reasonably priced.
Comfortable, good location, clean.
Lack of staff present. Also the bar/restaurant area being unused seemed a waste.
