easy to find on the outskirts of Rocky. not much hot water wasn't able to fill bath for spa cause there was no hot water after 5 min of filling Not much privacy from the pool to road area Rooms don't look like they do on the internet

We got there just before 10pm & left at about 5.20am so we don't really have much to say except that the bed was comfy. There was a bug, we have a photo of it, that was on a face cloth in the bathroom. It stung my wife as she washed her face the morning that we left. Also the way you advertised for the "family room" Like my wife said to you, a family room is a room for a family. That usually consists of 2 adults & 2 children. We find that your wording is misleading & to have to then pay extra money for your children to stay with you in a family room is ludicrous.

Friendly helpful staff, go out of way to ensure room suited for needs. Being located a little out of town and on highway there is no stress in having to find any street.
