we loved the courteousy and service

Nice facility, Staff friendly, Great view

Not the most modern rooms, basic for the price, rooms could do with an update bit more luxuary

the location was excellent and close to restaurants and all the wineries

the bedding was average. would have liked better sheets and covers.

The location of the Estate was stunning

The rooms were dirty and cheap fitted. The bed was made up between nights, but nothing was cleaned in the room or bathroom. Most of the lights were either not working as they should or fitted with a mix of different lamps. The staff had no knowledge about the Valley and other vineyards and restaurants. The rooms had furnitures in them which could have been from 80'S. The best description is "cheap discount motel", but the prize was not accordingly.

It is great that they have a winery, dairy a tapas bar and a restaurant and they are quite central to other attractions at the Hunter Valley

I had a booking at the resturant which I camcelled due to their menu saying that they reccomended you ordered sides

The setting, along with the good weather, made it a most enjoyable stay.

Location, if you only wanted to eat and drink at the venue. If you wanted a change you had to drive. The your receptionist once warmed up was quite responsive. Loved the kangaroos especially for our american friends. We did get a good deal on last minute, the only reason we selected this venue, and knew that we were not staying at the ritz.

The whole venue looked a tad tired, we were in the vineyard rooms, great view, but the furniture and bed linen felt old hat. The pool needs some updating as well. the Kitchen at the mill closed at 9.30pm, being city people we were not told this would happen, so only had the chance to have entrees. filled up with a cheese plater, without fresh fruit.

change of towels only after complained, no room cleaning during stay, no one cares, external party with unfriendly stuff organises room service, restaurant declined service before 7pm although less than half booked

The Mill restaurant near the hotel was very nice. A tad overpriced but friendly staff and good food and wine.

It was nice enough but we stayed the night before at The Crowne Plaza and in comparison Estate Tuscany was very dated and I thought it was expensive for what it was. We paid $210 for one night and I don't think the room was worth that. The bed was very lumpy, the decor was old and the shower was poor. We also had an overflowing ashtray on our balcony so obviously wasn't cleaned thoroughly.

Upon arrival we indicated that we would like to see the kangaroos, staff made the effort of calling us when the animals were in sight (without us even having to ask them!). At the breakfast, we asked if the fruit presented was fresh. Apparently it was canned but the staff immediately made preparations to present a platter of fresh fruit (again, without us asking for this service). These were 2 pro active examples which makes the place special.

Food was overpriced (compared to what y get). Worse, on sunday y have to pay 10% extra for the food in the cafetaria/restaurant. Since we already thought the prices were very high...we went to a different location.

Great location in heart of hunter valley and very quiet. Great views of wildlife.

Room was slightly tired, although still perfectly adequate. We would stay again.

The views are wonderful. Staff are friendly. Bed was very comfortable.We enjoyed the wood-fired pizzas at the Brokenback Bar. A very relaxing stay.

Location was great. The views were amazing.

The decor in the rooms is very aged and it could use a coat of paint. The septic water system is very noisy and I could hear the neighbours' toilets throughout the time we were there.

The convenience of accomodation, restaurant and bar + other tourist spots all in walking distance.

Was not a thing we didn't like.

We loved having the restraunt and tavern on site it was only a short walk home after dinner. The view from the room was also great really peaceful. Buffet breaky was great! Will defiantly stay there again.

The receptionist Belinda was very welcoming and helpful. She had a strong customer service ethic.

More signage is required as we arrived late and were unable to easily locate the Estate Tuscany reception to check in.

The friendly welcome on arrival and similar service on departure. I had not reslised that my booking included a full cooked breakfast. That came as a most pleasant surprise. I awoke to the sound of birds in the trees. When I went out to sit on the patio I looked at the vineyards with the Brokenback Range as a baskdrop as the sun was rising. Suddenly a couple of roos passed by along the roadside verge in front of the vineyards.

It was a shame that they do not use plate warmers for the buffet breakfast hot food to be placed on.

Comfy, clean, large rooms.

Booking got a little confused. Booking system could maybe be updated.

The position and view were lovely from the vine view rooms. Other rooms looked over pool and pond which was nice too.

At checkin was given key and directions to room and was not told anything else. Had to ask later where breakfast was served. Air conditioner didn't work. Handset replaced for second night. Hot water didn't work. Plumber came quickly and had one hot shower but had problems again. Only had one hot shower over stay. Mentioned to staff when paying and instead of a sorry the reply was oh!

really enjoyable.
