Reception area, restaurants and natural setting are beautiful. A bit too expensive as the rooms and internal facilities are quite old.

The facilities are good and it would be nice for a family holiday as its a great resort feel. It's close to the Sunshine Coast Hub whilst when you return to the resort you feel you could be anywhere, very relaxing. Just a little unkept/ not maintained. The finer details aren't cleaned.

We found some of the staff to be very unwelcoming, and then we wasted four hours listening to the Vacation Club spiel particularly when we really only had 1 full day of our 2-night stay

The porters were very friendly and helpful. The abundance of fun things to do at the resort. The food was overpriced and not the best quality.

My self and a friend were in the pool and a father of 2 children started to abuse us for no reason. We are both in our 50's and female. It was so traumatic we couldnt move till this man left the pool. We did think about reporting but our visit had been ruined and we were both very upset and traumatised by the event. The reason for our visit was that I travel to see the rhumatologist 2 x year.

The resort had such a family atmosphere when we were there. There was no need to leave the resort, all the water activities and kids club was ample to keep and our little grandson and us occupied.

the walks thru natural surroundings, the proximity to the beach, comfy bed. Our room was not cleaned over the three day stay. I day it didn't need to be. another day perhaps they missed it. The final day/night there was no excuse

pillows were flat, bed was uncomfortable and actually lumpy. Sheet was stretched tight over mattress to conceal lump. I had a sore back after sleeping on the bed. Resort is not geared for couples. One pool riddled with kids was not at all pleasant.

Low key, perfect place to relax and kick back. it is only an hour from Brisbane. Staff could have spent more than two minutes cleaning the room.

Staff n grounds were well maintain beautiful place. Will definatley be back The only let down are your TV's far too small and for the price TV's are these days it was very disappointed. Especially watching a $14.95 in house movie on. But please that is the only compliant your resort is lovely.
