the facilities were great
cost of the food and drink
The staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and roomy. Plenty of spaces for the children to play on the lawns.
No lifts to take luggage upstairs.
Main foyer with waterfalls was fabulous, very relaxing and inviting. Outside, natural bush surrounded the resort. Clean outside and housekeeping was well done.
Rooms were far too expensive - and nightly restaurant prices were prohibitive. Didn't seem to be enough staff to open the cheaper café as an evening alternative. 3 years ago an outdoor buffet was ideal (food and price) for our group.
Dining and location
No room numbers displayed externally at the front of each building. No lifts. sliding doors needed servicing and wouldn't lock so poor security. Had to ask for room to be serviced and dirty old fashioned shower curtain. Reception staff were mediocre.
The booking services online. False advertisement
Clean and fresh rooms, relaxed and comfortable setting
Nice and quiet when we were there, probably mainly due to a very low number of guests at the time.
Food quality and choice is very poor. It's also difficult to go to the nearest outlet for an alternative choice.
Massage and dining. Surrounding
Poor car park management. Luckly dip if you find parking. Need card system entry. Tv dates back to the dark ages 4x3. Rooms need refresh.
We didn't like the interrogation from the staff as to where our arm bands where at pool. We didn't like how they talked to other families either. At times we were asked up to 3 times in a row to present them within half and hour.
the staff were very friendly
i didn't like the food options i don't eat seafood and the friday night was seafood buffet so unless i want pizza i had to drive into town to get dinner. I was given a voucher for a coffee and was informed at 3.45pm i couldn't have a coffee because the staff member had already cleaned the coffee machine seriously if you shut at 4pm why was i not able to get a coffee. I felt the whole resort was in much need of fresh paint and felt everything was very dated and in need of some serious maintenance.. very disappointed so i cancelled my last night and moved to another resort..
Great facilities Great location Great breakfast - kids eat for free
Bad beds Hair in the bath
Kids club was excellent and the Easter egg hunt.
Breakfast was very expensive. Whilst there is a wealth of choice, $32.00 each is aa lot for cereal and a bowl of fruit. $192 in total for 3 days adds up. Next time we will bring our own supplies. There was no discount for playing Golf at Twin Waters Golf Club which was a surprise, despite being advised of the same by the Golf Club.
Spa was excellent. Lovely staff and first class treatments.
Room was in noisy position -particularly from the reps! Louvred bathroom door a no no and light to bathroom could not be put on without waking partner.
Building design - even though a large resort, privacy was great. Very comfy beds. Easy checkout.
Not having enough time to enjoy the facilities - drat conferences!!!!!
We had enjoyed our stay, especially the kids...definitely coming back:))
1 - the site layout 2 - having the water sports 3 - happy hour 4 - free coffee voucher on arrival 5 - having the in house store with coffee and food
1 - the air-conditioning was very loud. 2 - The Bed was too soft. 3 - the pool is too small 4- food was not the best for the price you pay and it a buffet 5 - I couldn't use my points to stay 6 - All the apartments were booked out
We love everything about Twin Waters as we stay there every chance we get
We stayed with our 5 month old baby. Staff were very helpful and brought cot to room.
Many stairs from reception through to room via main bar/restaurant area, difficult with a stroller. Service from restaurant staff was poor. Meals were average for price.
The extra activities are excellent for an unique holiday experience. Staff were wonderful. Room service was amazing and efficient.
Rooms are a little outdated, especially the television reception and set up. Power outlets were not all functioning and could be considered unsafe.
Location was fantastic.
Couldn't really call it a lagoon view as all we could see was a large tree right in front of our balcony. Ate one meal at restauraunt that was average & overpriced. Found the restaurant way, way over priced so didn't eat there again.
Room was clean and tidy, second floor unit was a bonus, very private.
Location and family environment.
Grounds need some attention.
We were there on new years eve and thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment.
Both of us were just sitting watching the kids on tramp. I had my arm band on my husband had misplaced his, A staff member approached him and told him to get one. He went to where he was told and then told he had to go to check i desk to get another. He was quite upset and felt embarrassed. As he said he was only sitting watching activities fully dressed not intending to participate in any water activities.
I liked the location the walks and how it was handy to other places to visit on the coast
I did not like having to line up with ten other people waiting to check in for twenty five minutes. The superior queen bed room was not worth the money it was dirty bath and shower mouldy no plates or toaster or utensils spiders in the room and is very out dated very disappointing and not worth the 568 dollars
