The breakfast was lovely the staff were quite welcoming.

But when our room flooded due to torrential rain. There was no apology for the inconvenience and when the suggestion was made that a glass of wine to compensate would have been a good idea, was told that they had been inconvenienced terribly already. What about some empathy for ours.

Very accommodating staff. They took pride in ensuring we were comfortable.

Even though toilet was very cleaned but there was little smell.

Location is great. Facilities like the pool, spa, sauna and gym are great. The indoor jacuzzi very relaxing. Room clean and tidy.The restaurant very pleasant. The staff very attentive.

That we only could stay one night

The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was a good size and clean with a lovely outlook of the pool. The pool and spa were surrounded by gardens making it a private retreat. Very relaxing. Close to shops and bay.

Decor needs updating from the peach colours. Other guests in the pool were very noisy shouting up to their friends in the building in the evening.

Fantastic little guest house with very friendly staff and truly world class food! We were positively surprised and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Extra bonus points for a nice choice of music in the reception and dining areas (most places get this fine detail terribly wrong). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Very friendly and helpful staff, loved the pictures for sale in the common areas. Great relaxed feel in this place.

Slight damp smell in the room but didn't really bother us.

I thought the bed and Bath linen was not up to the 5 star rating..... Apart from that every thing was lovely...The only other thing is as my mother is elderly I dig strugle a little with 2 bags...there was no offer of help,

I wasn't really taken with the choice of art, but that was not a problem and I realise that it is a good service to local artists. Their personal collection of African pieces were nice.

The staff were amazing, so pleasant and helpful. The food was fantastic! It was close to everything and the hot spa was unreal. I would recommend to anyone.

Large room tastefully furnished. Clean, comfortable bed. overlooking gardens and pool. Close to centre. A nice touch were the two glasses of port and chocolates when we returned from dinner.

The impossibility of getting a shower that did not scald or freeze. No control whatsoever so had to bath.Perhaps it should be fixed, room 15. We left early morning so could not tell the staff.

The design and setting of the Guest House and rooms, cleanliness, and excellent facility Staff is very friendly and kind

The environment was warm and cozy. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The staff are welcoming, helpful and extremely generous in looking after theirr gguests. The artwork displayed throughout the hotel is of an exceptional quality and reflective of the impressive talent of the many artists in the region. The little extra details go a very long way. I will defiinitely look for an opportunity to visit again.

The staff were so friendly and welcome and offered a glass of bubbly on arrival. The room was very comfortable with great facilities and the spa was wonderful! The staff were happy to recommend somewhere to go in the town to get some food and everyone we met in the town was very friendly

Cute Bed n Breakfast. The staff in the dining room were lovely and helpful. The decore is a bit old but clean and a bit too much art work on the corridor walls but the balconies overlook the pool which is a good size surrounded by a nice dense garden.

It could benefit with an redesign of it's 1990's decore (peach colour cornices, floral pattern bed spread) and overabundance of local art work for sale though I found it a kind of cute and it's well maintained and clean. Biggest issue was inconsistent water temperature in the shower.
