Probably the best hotel beds we have slept on. Well designed use of space. The powerboard on the desk. No "Jacuzi" as promoted on your website & they tried to charge $20.00 for "free" parking.- website was ambiguous on both these items. Outrageous internet costs. Only 3 pillows on a king size bed. |

The efficiency and helpfulness of all staff made my stay very enjoyable. Room appointments and cleanliness were of the highest standards, and the ambience of the coffee shop and entrance are commendable. |

The hotel staff were very welcoming and the general feel of the place was one of spaciousness and comfort. The restaurant was very variable in quality. Lunch was ok, but the dinner as was poor and over priced. |

People are nice, room are good. The address is really confusing. I got off at St leonard station, it took me nearly 2 hours to find the hotel.. Not so many restaurants nearby. |

Everything! The room was big, Modern & Clean. The food in the cafe was lovely and good value and the staff were very helpful and friendly. :-) The internet prices |

Hotel is new, and everything is clean and fresh. It has a modern, minimalist style. Design seemed to be a priority over function at times. For example, the bathroom vanity looked great, but was so small it hardly served the purpose it was supposed to provide. Regular rooms are on the road side of the street and very noisy. There is an additional fee for rooms on the quiet side. |
