Nothing. The place falsely claimed to be 3star actually it is a lowly 1/2 star. Road noise. Student rudeness. And the false pretence of being a hotel and not a grubby student dose house.

Good location, near to transport, cheap price, comfortable facilities, friendly No tea and coffee making facilities, kitchen work tops were very sticky with grease and although bathroom and bedrooms were clean doors and windows were dirty leaving an unkempt feel about the facilities.

It was convenient and cheap. The toilets in our apartment leaked water (one toilet actually spraying water everywhere) and when we arrived there was no one at reception so we had to wait around 45 mins to check in. Also, when I emailed reception prior to our stay I was told we would not have to share the apartment with anyone, when we arrived I was told that we may have to.

I had a 8 bedroom apartment, each room was well furnished. There was a kitchen that had essential equipment for cooking purpose. All eight of us enjoyed our stay very much!

I was extremely happy with its location and centrality to major roads and to Sydney itself. My whole stay was pleasant. There was very little evidence of other room-mates, though I think I worked out there were another 4 in my building. Al the facilities I needed were there. I would have prefered to have the facility of parking on-site; especially as I believe I was staying during the break period. Also, whilst the whole building and facilties seemed clean, I was a bit concerned about the state of the bathrooms: the showers looked like my mother would have liked to go over them with a bottle of Domestos, and common things such as light switches definitely needed wiping over. Having said that, the cleaning staff were friendly and checked with me if I had everything I needed, and promptly supplied me with an extra pillow on request.

The location really suited my needs as I was able to walk to the place of study in Parramata.A Fair bit away from the city,1 hour drive.Public transport good.Very economical when shared with others. We shared a 6 bed apartment and had a room each.$1400 For 5 nights.Really new building. Bed linen and towels clean .Coles and bottle shops 15 mins walk. The bedrooms were clean but the kitchen was filthy(fridge still smelled of fish that was left behind and not cleaned completely,Cupboards dirty +++) and the bathrooms superficially clean only.Asked twice to re- do.Still superficially done. Could have done with more pots cutlery bowels etc. Such a pity as otherwise a great place to stay. Still recommend but will go straight to the manager if the area wasn't cleaned to standard and not move in until done.

I like the feeling of staying in student accomodation! Self-help, simple, clean and easy to get around. Staff and residents are friendly and helpful as well. It's a bit remote and will need to learn the bus system in order to get there. But it is very easy to get around once you know how it works.

A place good for student groups. No food shops/ restaurants in the village or near by (during my stay in early July 2012).

The building is new. It does not differentiate the males and the female domitary. Both gender will stay together and the male guest that was staying in the same appartment wore an underwear and walked through the common corridors. The guest were smoking in the apartment but no action was taken. The apartment stink of human waste. There was not enough toilet paper in the apartment.
