It was good rate and good location. Location suited for young people. It was very noisy in the early hours of the morning when guests arrived back to their rooms. Cleanliness room was only fair, walls needed cleaning, behind pictures. TV was not connected to aerial poor reception. |

very little 1. parking was difficult 2. Was allocated a room that was already occupied. 3. had to move from a room at top of stairs due to domestic dispute that went on for an hour. 3. The new room allocated was opposite the lift shaft and people came in and out all night and stopped for a chat. had to move them on personally 3 times. No sleep until 4am. |

nothing, exapt of the location - direct in the city it was dirty, I had problems with ants in the room, stuff was unfrendly, to expansiv for what u get |

The location in the city and 24-hour access were excellent. It had all the facilities needed for a stay in Darwin when all that was needed from the room was the bed. The room was possibly a little small with the double bed and single bed, especially for one person staying seven days. |

The position was excellent for travellers. We felt that there could have been better security and definitely look into the booking out times as most flights out of Darwin are around midnight and it makes the day extremely tiring. We had to be out for 14 hours before the Airporter collected us. We were exhausted. |

I liked the proximity to local transport, shopping, eateries and club. We felt that the room was too cramped. would have been better without the second bed. Just that we are getting Old!! |

Only the location all the rest was scruffy poorly fitted and just a backpacker overspill. Noisy and violent shouting all night and no attempt by staff to do anything. |

Rooms were clean location right in city centre Although aware that hotel in city centre, was suprised how noisy it actually was. You couldnt have the window open as it was too noisy and 1 night we were kept awake until after 2am with loud music. There are no actual facilities at the value inn, you have to go over to Melaleuca for everything which is not convenient at all. The rooms were very very tiny and there was no where to put anything, no drawers just 1 hanging rail above the kettle. There was a desk for some reason but no power point near it so was useless if using laptop. Also no tv remote. Sorry but definitely not value for money but it was the cheapest hotel we could find that had a vacancy. |

Absolutely nothing... unless you count leaving! The hotel was so bad I don't know where to start. It was only slightly preferable to sleeping in the street. To make matters worse it was far too expensive for the type of hotel, not even considering the condition it was in. The room was tiny, noisy and in bad need of refurbishment. It was also very dirty - for example there were what looked like vomit stains next to the head of the bed. We were a little worried before we got there as there are many bad reviews, but due to a lack of availability elsewhere didn't have much choice. My advice to anyone is make sure you look for hotels in Darwin well in advance, so as to avoid staying here. Don’t make the mistake of ignoring the bad reviews…in the case of this hotel they are true. Booking.com would be doing a great service to its customers if it removed Value Inn from its listings. |

That the room was good, it had a good size double bed I thought the shower was very bad, it went hot and cold and water pressure was bad... The hotel wasnt the easiest to find and if you stayed out past 8 o clock you had to explain yourself to the hostel next door to gain access. No good when your on a wild weekend and out for a laugh... especially when your drunk!!ha I got charged twice for the room as Booking.com took a fee and the hostel next door also charged me as they wouldnt let me get my key until i did even though I explained i had already paid... I did get it back however so all good, but just watch out for that!! |
