Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Apartment was clean, modern and very well equipped. Free wifi and a dedicated secure parking space.

Lift operation too noisy - our place location was next to lift, also bathroom sink tap needs attention - hard to operate and leaking head.

Staff, the location (quiet area), area of appartment, Equipment in appartment, nearby the city centre (a free shuttle station at 2 minutes by walk of the building).

Convenient location. Clean n well equipped facilities.

Very helpful people to attend to requests. Full kitchen and very easy for cooking. Equipped with washing machine and dryer which is very helpful for lighter luggage.

Only single air conditioning unit which makes the bedroom warmer if sleeping with door closed.

All the knives are very blunt, not enough pots and frying pans.

the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable, like being at home. very close to the city, but you can park there. there is a kitchen so you can cook there or eat out at northbridge.

I really enjoyed my stay at these beautiful, spacious apartments, so clean and so well equipped. Staff were fantastic and would highly recommend these apartments.

Reasonably central to Perth. Good local cafes/restaurants. Secure parking.

Great location in Northbridge where there were lots of places for food and drinks.

Staff could be more knowledgeable in providing better information about the area, especially where are the convenience stores and recommendation for good food.

Spacious and tidy

Very noisy at night, especially in weekends as the aprtment is just above a pub. The windows did not have double glazing. We found a cockroach in the shower at the main room.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable, having the laundry was a bonus, veranda an absolute plus, love sitting outside. Liked the privacy, come and go via the stairs nice and quick. Great kitchen and perfect sized fridge (although we bought too much!) Loved the idea of the bedroom being "dark", great sleep in (much needed)

A/c was turned off while we were out , very hot and stuffy upon our return. It took us 2 days to find the switch to use the exhaust fan as had no cover and did not work as it is supposed to when you pull the slide in and out. We ended up airing the room out by leaving the front door open. Would like the use of a fan as well as a/C. No radio - would be great to have one.

Very nice apartment, under cover parking, everything you need was available. Staff were friendly and attended to issues promptly.

I stopped on the Newcastle St block, a bit too close to the large number of back packer hostels as such the w/ends were a tad noisy.

The staff really were friendly and seemed genuinely concerned that my stay was comfortable

Minor things..Stains in the carpets and it took a little while for somebody to explain the exact code on the bottom of the wireless modem.

Very spacious clean and modern apartment . Great location. Walking distance to a variety of excellent restaurants. Also close to free bus service. Free car park a bonus too.

We liked everything about this accom. Staff were fantastic too. Just great! We did get a little bit lost trying to find Antonas st tho!

Appt was beautiful, spacious, and very modern.

It wasnt the appt in the advertisement, different location, was meant to be 2 minute walk from pubs and clubs, instead 25 min walk. Map on web site is very misleading,

Great location. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

A hair drier, coffee plunger and a large kitchen knife, bread knife would be handy. Would like to be able to open bedroom windows. Fan in 2nd bathroom and extractor above stove not working. A checklist left for guests to let housekeeping know what needs attention would be handy.

Elevator too slow, lacking some other extra facilities such as pool and gym. Reception not visible for first time visitors.

Spacious layout and nicely equipped kitchen. Friendly staff. Thankful for the arrangement made to accommodate my late check in at 1am. I would still use Verandah Apartments again on my next visit to Perth.

1. Location varies as the apartment has 6 locations nearby. However this is not indicated here. You might be allocated to one that is not on 6 Antonas Road. 2. The apartment was overbooked and I was mistakenly given a one bedroom apartment, instead of a two bedroom apartment for the first night and it was not on 6 Antonas Road. Although the problem was sorted out immediately the next morning, I have wasted my whole morning to move from one apartment to another apartment. As a result of that, I had to cancelled my day trip for that morning!
