the gym, pool and sauna, and the restaurant was conveniently in-house (good food too!), the position was good. the place is the noisiest hotel i have ever been to, especially guests at night, and the doors slam loudly. Several things seemed to be out-of order, and I had only luke-warm water for two weeks. |

Not told about any extra charges car park etc insulting and trickey bad vibes no thanksAm posting this to as many vibes as possible thanks! Yes dissapointed absolutely no good: vibe" what so ever instead met with shock that I was paying cash,as I had budgeted after driving from Sydney arriving to be the Celebrant at a wedding I was met with smary looks from two young women who could not have cared less,unless you the so called guest stick to what they want. The so called key continually did not work and then we have the case of the mini bar where $100 is required from your credit card as back up in case you use something,explaining that I would not as a strict vegitarian and no need of the bar still had to supply the funds.Take the blinking mini bar out if it's that difficult.Then my partners cash is held up for 4 days as it's frozen for the stupid mini bar.am posting this vibe |

Location Room had been upgraded due to double booking but the bathroom too small due to the spa bath in it. Even without it would be small and the mirror was on the wardroble in the bathroom and you couldnt move back far enough to see yourself comfortable. Booking was for 2 adults and there were only towels for 1 person reception said they were aware of it and housekeeping were to put extra towels in?? I had to ask for the cookbook which was apart of the package as on departure they didn't give me one. Also the buffet breakfast the hot foods were cold by the time you got to your table, not even warm. for $170 I feel the standard was definitely not up to the price paid even with the cook book thrown but the staff were professional & polite. |

I found the staff helpful, the rooms clean, roomy and very pleasant. Although the menu was not extensive, the meal that I selected for my dinner was lovely. The location across from the Park was very pleasant, and as it was outside of the city it was fairly peaceful. |

Our room was very comfortable, the friendly staff at the reception desk were very helpful in calling taxi's and directing us where to go. The only thing i didn't like was in the morning the cleaning karts were very loud outside our room, i suggest you lay carpet down to make it quite when wheeling across to vacant rooms. |

It was a big room! Can fit a family I suppose. It's not located in in the center. However, the tram stops are just around the corner. And it directs us straight to the city center! |so, it was not a hustle to go around from the hotel. The staff was very helpful also. They responded in a prompt for our needs. The lift. When it stops, it shocks me. Other than that, it was a perfect stay =) |

It was clean and Staff were generally helpful. We had a package that allowed us usage of the Gym / Spa etc.. The main thing we were looking forward to was to be able to relax in the Spa for the afternoon. It was very dissapointing to find out that it was out of order. Also the fact that I requested a King size bed only to find that two singles had been pushed together. Not ultra comfy. |

Location. Was easy to find and get to. Breakfast set up in the morning was very good with friendly staff. Recption staff were helpfull Main lift needs a good service or something as the floor stopping is fairly ordinary. Shower pressure could be a bit stronger |
