The Staff were extremely helpful and although a difficult place to access with a car they went out of their way at every opportunity to be friendly and help. It is an older Hotel that has had an obvious attempt at a face lift and failed, so I think it is over priced and not the vibrant Chic stylish place it's web site claims it to be. The additional money you have to pay for a carpark is absurd, parking should come with the room. Getting the car in and out is difficult with the constant Japanese tourist buses pulling up. You feel like your in a oversized backpackers paying the mid to high price of a more stylish modern establishment. |

Personally, my family and me found the room comfortable, however in the booking there was slight confusion stating that a child would have an aditional bed at no extra cost surprisingly that threw me off as I spoke to the staff and they mention there was $35 dollars charge each day, However that is only a small matter . I could have made a mistake while reading the information provided by booking .com, on a whole we had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the vibe.The staff were fantastic and very helpful and they attended to all our needs promptly. We have stayed in numerous 5 stars hotels and personally I would rate this hotel in that category in terms of service .Thank You Honestly we did not have the oppurtunity to use the other facilities so I can't really comment on that. Finally this is not a complaint instead a positive review. There is still room for improvement in the breakfast buffet area , slightly more varities of food should be included, like mixture/varities of asian and vegetarian breakfast, on a whole it is still good in respect to pricing.No other comments |

Conveniently located close to Surfers Paradise Poor service: No porters. We are staying at the vibe and still had to pay for car park. |

Staff very helpful regarding directions, bus services etc. Did not appreciate the many items missing from the mini bar upon my checkin. If I had not read a previous review concerning this issue, this would have gone unnoticed and I would have been charged for the missing items. The staff were very apologetic about the incident & rectified it. |
