The room was very clean and nice. The pool and facilites were nice. The night I checked in which was 22/11/2009. The front desk staff were very hostile, not friendly, and making fun of other guests in my presence. When another guest asked a question they made him feel stupid. The morning I checked out I was asking about arranging another time to stay there in January for a birthday at Luna Park and the girl who served me was very rude, and didn't give me the information i required, simply told me to look at the website. I stay at hotels in the City regularly once every two weeks and your front desk staff were very hostile and rude!! |

the proximity to the railway station and the 230 to Mosman. nobody cooking omelets etc. at breakfast. The bar closed too early |

Everyone was friendly & polite - some hotel staff look straight through you - not at the Vibe, North Sydney Not really, pool area could be a bit more inviting. |

Idea location with train station oppersite the hotel and only one stop to the harbour/ city attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly. the swipe cards didn't function properly in the car park and the pay TV was resricted to a few channels, (others have more at no extra cost) the breakfast buffet very pricey for continental. |

So close to transport and dining and entertainment! Excellent Restaurant. Great, friendly service from catering staff. That the pool was so small and outdoors! No spa! Too expensive for parking. Had to carry own luggage to room and car! |

Bra lage pa andra sidan bron fran Opera huset, utsikt over vatten dock en Opera huset. 100m fran brofastet sa att man kan ga over pa 15 min och 10m till tag och farja. Mycket bra! |

駅の目の前にあるので便利。 「海側の部屋」とあったので、てっきりオペラハウスやハーバーブリッジが見えるものと考えて予約したが、ま- ったく見えなかった。それなりに良い部屋ではあったが、値段との釣り合いを考えると高すぎる。 |
