We were not given the superior room that was advertised and booked per the internet and were charged at a higher rate for a lesser room than the room that was booked. When asked for an explanation , none was given. I believe we were overcharged $100 and that this should be refunded to my credit card

Great location, with superb views. Attentive, friendly and efficient staff, without whom the experience would not have been the same.Generous amenities- complimentary bar fridge and nespresso machine etc. Over and above other luxury hotels we have stayed at in Sydney. Beautifully decorated interior with intimate sitting areas. Easy car parking. Don't change anything!!!!!!

Their attention to detail was exceptional - they really have thought of everything and the little touches made the trip that much more enjoyable. I really could not fault them. The food was also very good - we dined in and did not regret it. The price included breakfast which very generously included our choice of as many or few items on the menu as what we wanted - we ordered 3 different dishes to share each as good as the other! We really could not fault them - the facilities, location and staff were all excellent!

The ambience; the staff; the most superb scones for afternoon tea. As I was unfortunately ill during my visit the thoughtfulness of the staff was exceptional and most appreciated. Couldn't make the most of the breakfasts, but what I had was very nice. The facilities were beautiful as was the location. Just lovely. Dinner was disappointing. What I ordered was meant to be served cold but this tasted as if it had been taken straight from the fridge to the table instead of room temperature.
