A quite place, easy access to shops and rail ..clean and noise free was always able to get trouble free parking on street, ajacent to apartment.. would be more then happy to stay there again Your Waitara Manager was easy and relaxed to deal with. Ross see note above

Kathleen, the host was friendly approachable and available and the servicing of the apartment was regular and prompt. Loved the proximity to mall and main travel route. Only 5 mins from our whanau. Quick lifts for my dad. Nothing. We'll definitely stay again.

The manager was very helpful, the apartment was clean and functional and well situated for the event I was attending. It was difficult to know how to enter the building as no info had been sent to me about which street to location to go to or how to book in, so I was expecting a straightforward process. Also I don't have a mobile and so when I finally got to the correct street entrance, I had to walk to Westfields to locate a phone to speak with manager and arrange entry. She was very helpful and there were no problems once I had made contact but after a 7hr drive and on a cold night, an ambiguous entrance and process to follow was tedious.

Access to local shopping and dining establishments Overpriced for what the apartment offers. Furniture getting old, curtains stiff and not working properly. Ensuite shower doors falling off rails

The property so close to a park and 20 mins walk to Hornsby stn 1) Booking.com info on wifi Internet is incorrect. There is no free/paid Internet Nor wifi. 2) overseas visitor better contact waldorlf office on key pick up code OR at least The door code to alert tge attendant I had use my mobile roaming calling the office twice to get thru to the office to obtain keysafe code. Once the key dropped an attendant appeared what bad service n arrangement There is no reception desk And keysafe is at the tower on Orara street. Not tge address of the apartment shown on confirmation 3) zircon/ heater is only in tge sitting room of the 1- Bedroom Apt. V cold in the bedroom nighttime 4)amenities are incomplete. 2 teaspoons 3 forks of different style. No washing powder for washer. 5) paying a$40 cleaning charges per stay still hv to take yr trash out
