Easy to find, relaxing....
The room had a a "closed up odour"
Decor could be updated.Steps slippery in the wet. No Dinning Facility open.
Clean room friendly staff
Fridge hasn't been cleaned out n curtains let the light outside in making it hard to sleep
Size of the room. Available spa in room. Main queen bed was comfortable. Staff were hospitable and accommodating on arrival.
TV died after a short time - no signal. Microwave could have been handy to have to warm food. Fresh milk is so much nicer than long life milk.
CJ's Pizza was really good just 10 mins walk
no WiFi connection, mobile phone reception very poor
Clean room and good coffee
No breakfast option
Quiet, pleasant surrounds with easy access and good parking
Needs to have internet and room phones.
Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Quiet surroundings.
It was relatively close to the Main Street and the wedding we were there for.
It was very outdated. There was no signal on our phones. No restaurant available at the motel during our stay. No plates or knives to butter our toast. No one around in reception to ask about cutlery, the room was freezing. There were bugs everywhere in the room which made us itch. The spa was dirty so we couldn't even use it. It's massively overpriced for the state of the place. Oh and our door didn't even close properly. We left a day early even though we paid for the last night. Would never stay here again.
Location, Very helpful staffs, clean room and nice garden
Bed was a bit small for a couple.
Garden lovely. Owner very happy to give us assistance.. Good position - able to walk to facilities.
Motel just a bit tired - owners wanting to sell as i think they were tired too.
Good location, easy to find. Specious (had a living room + two bedrooms), clean.
Unfortunately fairly run down by now, not much space for making a simple meal such as breakfast
A good size room - with beautiful scenery. The gardens are spectacular!
The motel is a little outdated - needs renewing with some fresh linen and a coat if paint.
Short drive to Mt Donna Buang and Yarra Ranges National Park. Informative staff knowledgeable in the area. Fairly easy to find.
Could hear people in room above. Access for bigger cars was quite restricted.
The location, nestled at the foot of the mountain, is excellent, and made day trips to both Mt Dandenong and Yarra Valley possible, which was our reason for choosing Warburton.
Hotel is in need of serious updating, furnishings and fixtures rather rundown. As mentioned by other reviews, the single sheet toilet paper is completely inadequate, especially given the room rate. A small detail but one that shouldn't be an issue for this kind of property.
Location, trees around
Not clean, bed not good, towels very poor,no face washers, toaster available but no plates to put toast on, very disappointed. Would not recommend at all.
The view and it was very quiet.
No basic dishes or microwave for quick meals.
Very basic accomodation.
When I left!!
The dirty old lady who runs the Roch motel
The room I was in (10) was quite noisy due to the toilet cistern continually running? I had to turn it off at wall to stop this...Otherwise, all was fine...
The staff were delightful and friendly. They were flexible with checkin and checkout, and even rang in concern when we didn't show up!
We were caught in rain and mud. We completely ruined the white towels provided. so sorry. suggest another colour!
Very friendly and helpful greeting. Warburton a lovely location.
Decor dated and TV small but otherwise room comfortable.
There was no proper heating.no wifi.
