Watermark Hotel Brisbane  

Location close to everything , Nice city view , staff allowed us to check in 3 hours in advance , fast check out, generally friendly staffs.

At the recieption no body provided assistance to carry our bags , no stairs (only lift ) , we booked room with breakfast for 2 but the next day at the breakfast we were told by the reciptionst that only one is included I got angery and I had to contact booking.com , they did well in solving the problem after 1 hour of repeated calls , anyhow , they serve the same breakfast 7 days a week no change at all ,

The helpfulness of all staff. Very comfortable stay. Great location.

The fruit platter; all fruit was sour. That was the only downer of my whole stay.

Proximity to Park and to City. Clean comfortable room

Internet Bathroom a bit small

The staff were very friendly and obliging.The chef made lunches for us even though the kitchen was closed.

Acceptance of staff allowing guests in with crates of beer / wine and bottles of spirits for consumption in their rooms. Acceptance of staff allowing guests in soaking wet from the pool, across the lobby and into the lift, making the floor and lift floor wet and slippery. Allowing guests to smoke right outside the front entrance.

Quite noisy during the night. Generator of some sort?

It was handy to where I needed to go & also the free bus outside the door

There was no hot water in the shower

Convenience to free bus, shopping and in our case proximity to medical facilities.

The close proximatity to when my events and metings wre happening.

Location was ok - room very comfortable and clean - staff were friendly - access very easy.

Quite noisy due to traffic. Had dinner - meal was not fantasic

Location to the RNA for the value was good. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accomadate us.

On first entering the room there was a slight odour. The room is in need of a coat of paint.

Hotel is very run down and in need of refurbishment. Rooms are extremely small and service was very poor.

Being woken up by the sound of a loud drilling noise on Saturday morning before 8am.

We love the location and the staff are always very helpful

Very clean and well presented. We arrived late, 11.45pm with young children, reception staff were very efficient, we were in our room within minutes of our arrival. Also, very quiet, children actually slept in, as the window coverings blocked out the morning sun.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Watermark Hotel, we thought the staff were friendly and helpful and really good value for the money. The Watermark Hotel is also quite conveniently located, with only a short stroll into the city centre passing popular parklands on the way by. We would not hesitate to stay at the Watermark again in future. Thankyou.

We weren't there very long to have a great appriciation of what was available as it was a hospital visit for me, but I found the room the two nights that I stayed very comfortable.

Breakfast was well presented with a good selection of food at a very reasonable pricce which made it all the more enjoyable. The bedroom we had was fine and that fact it overlooked Roma Park made the stay even more enjoyable.

Evening meals could be more exciting with a selection to suit all taste
